The ultimate reality TV betrayal unfolds as MAFS star admits she “framed” her so-called friend to orchestrate her public downfall on camera.
If like many viewers you’ve wondered why fiery Married At First Sight brides Bec Zacharia and Gia Fleur went from rivals to confidants during filming, well wonder no more because Bec just revealed the sinister reason why she befriended the controversial bride.
In previously unseen footage that aired on Stan’s MAFS: After The Dinner Party series on Monday night, Bec tells producers point blank that she only became chummy with Gia so she could “frame” her and watch her marriage to Scott McCristal implode.

In the damning clip, Bec admitted that she urged Gia to stay for the Final Dinner Party last night so she could see Gia and Scott “have it out with each other” and fail spectacularly in front of the cameras.
“The only person who was gonna get her here was the friend she had. It was me,” Bec told producers in a never-before-seen confessional with fellow bride Stella Mickunaite, whose jaw dropped to the floor in disbelief.
“Who would have thought?” Stella responded, to which Bec laughed of Gia, “She f***ed me over, and now you look like a d**k, so see ya. Her and her husband.”
“I’m framing them and selling them,” she added.

Bec explained that she was sick of Gia acting like she and Scott were the power couple of the experiment while continuously saying Bec and her groom Danny Hewitt were the weakest pairing. Gia even accused Danny of trying to hit on her earlier in the season, which caused Bec to spiral.
“It’s all been rainbows and lollipops the whole time and then you run away? No, no, no, you come back and show what your relationship really was,” Bec said of Gia, who briefly left the experiment last week.
“Because I’ve worked on my relationship, [Stella] you’ve worked on your relationship, but [Gia’s] come for mine, [Gia’s] come for yours, [Gia’s] come for everyone else’s. Let’s see what the reality of the situation is. And the only way to get her there was me.”
Stella then called the plan a “mic drop” moment, as Bec delivered one final blow.
“B***h,” she said with a smirk. “That’s how we started and that’s how we’re gonna end, isn’t it?”

The entire unseen clip was aired in front of Gia, who was a guest on the MAFS: After The Dinner Party episode. As the camera zoomed in on her reaction, the single mum from Melbourne began to cry.
“Oh my god, I feel sick,” she told hosts Jules Lund, Brittany Hockley and Laura Byrne, who called Bec’s plan “so savage”.
“I genuinely thought she was my friend at that point. That’s f***ed,” Gia said. “Like outside of the show I continued to try to be her friend. She was at my birthday [in March], like you guys know that. That’s f***ed, that’s f***ed.”

“I didn’t fully trust her, but we had so many conversations off camera with the whole Scott thing, like she acted like she had my back and was telling me it would be a good thing to write the letter [at the dinnner party], that it would work, that I’d get through to him. I really believed it would at that time.”
Gia said she “doesn’t know what she was thinking” and should have listened to Scott when he warned her about Bec.

“Scott and I had so many conversations where he’d be like, ‘I’m trying to protect you. She’s not your friend and she’s not this.’ And I went, ‘Stop telling me what to do. Stop telling me who to be friends with.’ And I’m like oh my god, he knew this all along.”

“Wow, I feel like an idiot,” Gia said.
