Mandurah Police are urgently appealing for public assistance to locate 15-year-old Emma-Lee Kowalski, who has been missing since Saturday, 14 February 2026.

Emma-Lee was last seen in the Mandurah area on Saturday morning. She prefers to be known as ‘Lee’ and is described as having long brunette/red hair. Police say concerns are held for her welfare due to her young age and the length of time she has been missing.

Officers are asking anyone who may have seen Emma-Lee, or who has information about her current whereabouts, to contact Crime Stoppers immediately on 131 444. Information can be provided anonymously.

The disappearance has prompted a swift response from local authorities, with patrols, inquiries and community alerts already underway. Police have not released further details about her clothing, direction of travel or circumstances surrounding her last sighting, but they stress that time is critical in cases involving vulnerable teenagers.

Mandurah, a coastal city south of Perth with a large family-oriented community, has rallied online with #FindEmmaLee trending locally. Friends and neighbours have shared her photo widely, urging anyone with even the smallest piece of information to come forward.

Anyone with information is strongly encouraged to contact police right away. Emma-Lee’s family and the wider community are waiting anxiously for her safe return.
