Laila Hasanovic was reportedly part of Michael Schumacher’s inner circle before dating Jannik Sinner.

Jannik Sinner’s model girlfriend was reportedly included in Michael Schumacher’s inner circle before she began dating the tennis superstar. Sinner has been in action at the ATP Finals over the past week, where he will face rival Carlos Alcaraz on Sunday afternoon.

Cheering him on from the stands throughout the season-ending event in Turin has been his model girlfriend, Laila Hasanovic. The Dane, who has worked with brands like Prada and Armani, has been dating the 24-year-old since earlier this year. And the Italian ace publicly confirmed their relationship for the first time at the Vienna Open in October, by referring to her as “my girlfriend”.

Since then, they have been spotted together in Monaco. But Hasanovic, whose parents come from Bosnia, is no stranger to the small city-state, having spent time there with her previous boyfriend, racing driver Mick Schumacher.

Prior to her romance with Sinner, the 25-year-old was in a widely reported relationship with the former Haas and Mercedes Formula One driver, with Laila and Mick dating since as far back as 2022. They were seen together on the paddock on several occasions but their relationship appeared to have ended when they were both seen on a celebrity dating app back in spring.

Before she moved on from Mick, Bild reported that Hasanovic was among the few people to have been allowed into the Schumacher family’s inner circle. It was reported that the F1 star’s relatives were “smitten” with the model, and she was the only one of Mick’s partners allowed to visit his father, Michael.

Since the legendary F1 driver’s tragic skiing accident in 2013, only a handful of people outside the immediate family are permitted to see him, with the family keeping his health a closely guarded secret. The only others reported to have such a privilege are former Ferrari boss Jean Todt, former technical director Ross Brawn, ex-Ferrari drivers Luca Badoer and Felipe Massa, and his long-time manager Sabine Kehm.

Born in 2000 and originally from Copenhagen, Hasanovic graduated from Svendborg Gymnasium School, but began her modelling career at a very young age, representing Denmark in the Miss Universe pageant in 2019.

Her romance with Sinner follows his own split from fellow tennis pro Anna Kalinskaya.They have been spotted enjoying a visit to a gelato shop as well as casual walks together in public recently.
