This Morning hosts Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley were left stunned after they welcomed Strictly Come Dancing star La Voix to the ITV programme, who then launched a blistering attack on the presenters. The RuPaul Dragshow finalist was joined on the famous sofa alongside reality star Vicky Pattison and YouTuber George Clarke to discuss the upcoming Strictly Live tour. After discussing the gruelling and rigorous training routine, the topic shifted to La Voix’s widely known mission to take over the competition’s hosting duties.
This comes after the beloved performer, born Christopher Dennis, made a hilarious bid to BBC bosses during the live episodes for a chance to replace Tess Daly or Claudia Winkleman. One of the many occasions happened during Icon’s Week, when Claudia tried to tease the star’s dance and was interrupted by the drag queen who said: “Claudia, while I’ve got you, do you know the address when you send your CV to the BBC? Just in case any new jobs are coming up. I’m just asking for a friend.” However, La Voix was quick to ask Ben and Cat about their roles.

La Voix quizzed Cat if she was interested in teaming up for the Strictly role, and in the process made a brutal swipe at the ITV programme’s presenter line-up.
She said: “There’s two openings, don’t forget the second one, there’s two jobs going and I would [take either], and that’s why I’m keeping in with Shirley [Ballas].’
“I think she might be quite influential with the choice of voting, so I’ve actually got you a gift, Cat, it’s Shirley Ballas’ book,” and in trying to tempt Cat, she added: “I’ve also signed it for you, so it’s worth a lot more money now.”
Speaking on This Morning’s plethora of presenters, the Drag queen blasted: “Let’s face it, on this show it’s a different presenter every week, you never know who it’s going to be.

“It’s like potluck, it’s like work experience on this show,” she added, leaving her Strictly co-stars, Ben and Cat, in complete shock.
The ITV duo famously took over This Morning as its permanent presenters following the departure of Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield in 2023, which came after the 63-year-old admitted to having an affair with a much younger colleague.
While they front the programme from Monday to Thursday, the beloved Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond take over the show on Fridays.
Meanwhile, the school holidays can see a revolving door of famous faces at the helm, including Josie Gibson, Rylan Clark, Craig Doyle, Emma Willis, Christine Lampard, and Rochelle Humes, who have all featured on screen to take on the duty.
