“I’m having a little champagne because, you know, it’s Friday and, you know, it’s not every week that you kick Sean Hannity’s ass,” said the progressive radio host.

Progressive radio host Stephanie Miller on Friday celebrated her recent appearance on Fox News by popping some champagne, explaining in a candid interview on “The Jim Acosta Show” that mocking Sean Hannity to his face on Wednesday deserves some tipsy rejoicing.

“I’m having a little champagne because, you know, it’s Friday and, you know, it’s not every week that you kick Sean Hannity’s ass, Jim,” said Miller. “And that Fox News is dumb enough to let you come on in the middle of the Epstein bombshell emails, right?”

Miller delivered a masterclass on controlling the focus of an interview, repeatedly noting that late sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein said President Donald Trump “knew about the girls” he abused in an explosive 2019 email released earlier that day.

Acosta was delighted by Miller’s celebratory mood on Friday, but also confused as to why Fox News would invite the progressive pundit to go on “Hannity” — and not expect to mention the network’s curiously dismal coverage of Trump’s ties to Epstein.

“So the ‘Hannity’ people call you and they say, ‘Hey Stephanie, we’d love to have you come on the show tonight and talk about [former President] Joe Biden being senile or something?’ Is that what was happening?”

“No, Jim, it was more ridiculous than that,” said Miller.

When Hannity did ask Miller when she first noticed Biden’s cognitive decline, she swiftly noted that the “great” thing about that is “that Trump is all over the Epstein files.” The pundit then attempted to pivot the discussion to Miller herself.

Miller explained that a “funny joke photo” she shared on social media Sunday, which shows her kissing the feet of Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-Ga.) after jointly canvassing for Prop 50, sent outlets such as the New York Post, Daily Caller and Fox News over the edge.

“MAGA lost their shit,” Miller told Acosta. “I don’t know if you saw. Twitter exploded.”

Miller said some conservatives couldn’t handle seeing a “white liberal lady” kissing “Black lady feet” and said she was invited to discuss this on Hannity’s radio show before the televised retread — where Miller “was supposed to be the liberal punching bag.”

“Like, ‘Oh look at this stupid liberal lady,’” she explained.

Miller spent much of the interview laughing off Hannity, who demanded an answer as to why she kissed Crockett’s feet — and who admitted that he did “not really” plan on discussing the Epstein emails with her.

Miller asked Hannity, “Is this what passes for news on Fox News?”
