Fox News pair Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt maintain luxury properties in different states, choosing not to live together full-time before marriage.

Fox News personalities Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt are living states apart as they prepare for marriage, opting to stay in separate upscale residences in Florida and New York.
Documents reviewed by The U.S. Sun confirm that Earhardt, 48, is living in an exclusive Manhattan condominium that houses just eight residences.
Many units in the 1920s building sell for more than $10 million, and it features a 24-hour doorman and expansive city views. Earhardt lives there with her nine-year-old daughter Hayden, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Will Proctor. The couple divorced in 2019 after six years of marriage.
The outlet said the space blends “Southern charm with New York City sophistication to create a cohesive, uplifting space.”

While Earhardt remains based in New York, Hannity, 63, has moved permanently to Florida. He purchased a $23.5 million waterfront estate near Palm Beach around Thanksgiving.
The sprawling mansion, located about 30 minutes from the city center, sits on nearly two acres and includes eight bedrooms and ten-and-a-half bathrooms. According to a listing, the property “offers scenic ocean and Intracoastal views throughout.”
The estate includes over 19,600 square feet of space, winding staircases, an elevator, and a range of recent upgrades including new bathrooms and flooring. The grounds also feature a heated resort-style pool with a spa and a large lawn

Hannity now tapes both The Sean Hannity Show and Hannity from studios in West Palm Beach. After his move, he sold his Long Island property in Oyster Bay for $12.7 million.
He had previously owned a $5.3 million vacation home in Palm Beach, purchased in 2021.
The pair were first publicly photographed together at the 2017 inauguration of President Donald Trump. While they’ve kept most of their relationship out of the spotlight, Earhardt formerly appeared on Hannity’s program in a recurring segment called “Ainsley Across America.”
