EXCLUSIVE: There’s talk of Prince Harry moving back to the UK full-time with a royal expert talking about what that would look like for the Sussex children.
The meeting between Prince Harry and King Charles’ reps appears to have gone well, and now there’s talk of Harry meeting with his father when he’s in the UK this September.
Going one step further, there’s been talk of Harry returning to the UK full-time and resuming royal duties, even it a lower-tier level, which makes us wonder how Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet fit into all of this.
Daily Express US spoke to Kristen Meinzer, award-winning podcaster and pop culture critic, who shared her thoughts on the topic.
Meinzer said: “If Harry and Meghan were to take on official royal duties again, I imagine Archie and Lilibet would have to also be public facing figures.”
She added: “The public would expect them all to be a package deal.”

Harry and Meghan have built a life in the US, where they live with their two children, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4.
According to Meinzer, a move to the UK would be a “big change” for the children, in which she elaborated on.
She said: “That would be a big change from how things are now – where their faces are typically obscured or unseen in photos.”
She added: “And Harry and Meghan would obviously expect The Firm to be steadfast and very serious in their protection of the children.”
The Sussexes live in Montecito, CA, with their two children
At this point in time, the Sussex children are being raised in the US and growing up with American accents, which may create a disconnect between them and their British family members.
Ian Pelham Turner, who spend time at the Palace as a royal photographer, talked about King Charles missing his grandchildren and wanting them back home with him.
Mr. Pelham Turner said: “What I do believe, from what we’re hearing behind the scenes, right now, is that, I feel personally, is that Charles wants to see Harry and Meghan back, and the children, because he’s very sentimental, you know, he’s very much a family person.
He explained: “And it must be annoying for him, because they’re all growing up — and there’s nothing wrong with American accents, don’t get me wrong — they’re all growing up with American accents now, and, I think, it’s part of his family, he’s a grandfather to these children, as well.”
