AngryGinge has spoken about a “really bad” moment on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! that was never revealed to viewers. The 24-year-old saw himself be crowned the 2025 king of the jungle in the latest series of the ITV show.

He managed to secure a huge 65 per cent of the public vote but is now back in the UK discussing his win. Ginge was joined by his fellow campmate Lisa Riley on a Twitch stream where they reminisced about their time in the jungle.

The pair discussed a medical incident which occurred in the camp. The medical situation involved Ginge’s friend rapper Aitch, with their friendship playing out on screen.

Ginge explained that the musician almost collapsed on the show due to being dehydrated. During the stream, Ginge said: “There was a day where Aitch nearly…”

Before he could finish his sentence, Lisa said: “Yeah, he was. Yeah, yeah. And he had to get a hydration pack.” Ginge said that due to the stars getting a lack of nutrients from the rice and beans they ate, they all started feeing weak.

He added: “So there was a day that I don’t think got shown. Aitch was really, really, like, he’d try stand up [before getting lightheaded]. One thing that keeps happening to me.”

The streamer said he also struggled with feeling dizzy while he was on the show, saying: “As soon as you stand up, you got so light headed. It’s unbelievable.

“From lack of salts, lack of sugar, lack of food, lack of water. So light headed, it’s unbelievable.” He said co-stars Jack Osborne and Martin Kemp also struggled with the same issue but it was Aitch who was the most impacted.

Ginge claimed that medics had to be rushed in after it appeared Aitch was about to collapse. He said: “The amount of times I probably nearly collapsed was uncountable.

“And there was one day it kept happening to Aitch. His legs felt like jelly. Really bad.” Lisa then added: “His hydration plummets.”

I’m A Celeb fans were not shown footage of the medical emergency in camp. Ginge has been very busy since he won the series.

He went back to his usual job of online streaming on Friday after spending three weeks in the jungle. He said he was meant to stream the day before but had to push it back as he was still too tired.

Writing on his Instagram stories, Ginge said: “Next stream will be tomorrow everyone. Still just getting back to normality.”

“Did wanna go live today but I’m f**ked, see you all tomorrow.” Ginge received a winner’s welcome when he touched down in the UK just says after winning the show.
