Fox News star Sean Hannity might be a TV regular and know for his relationship with colleague Ainsley Earhardt, but he’s also grown a huge property portfolio.

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity isn’t just a veteran of broadcast journalism, but the news anchor has also built up an impressive property portfolio.Sean, 63, who is America’s longest-running host in cable news history and presents on Fox News, currently lives in Florida in a huge multi-million-dollar estate. He’s been dating Fox News colleague Ainsley Earhardt ,49, since 2019, with the couple sharing relationship updates including their engagement at the end of last year.
Whilst maintaining his presence on-air, Sean has swapped living in New York for time on Florida’s coastline, as he previously revealed he was exiting the Big Apple due to “High taxes, quality of life and crime.”

His primary residence is a $23.5 million waterfront megamansion, which he bought around Thanksgiving last year. The stunning home is a 30-minute drive from Palm Beach proper and offers eight bedrooms and 10-and-a-half bathrooms.
Prior to living in Florida, he used to live in New York but last year announced his move south. As part of the relocation he sold his Long Island estate in Oyster Bay, New York for $12.7 million.
The star first starting investing in property when he bought a home in 2021 for $5.3 million in Palm Beach, which was used as a vacation property. He also owns a second house next door for $14.9 million, which he purchased earlier this year. Both of his properties are less than three miles from The Mar-a-Lago Club, where Hannity often visits his close friend and US president Donald Trump.

n December last year, Sean and Ainsley shared a relationship update with the world, as Sean proposed to Ainsley at their church in Florida, having met at a wedding in 2019. The couple shared their engagement news in a statement released on Fox.
“We are overjoyed and so thankful to our families for all of their love and support during this wonderful time in our lives,” they told Fox News. They also mentioned that they had the blessing and support from their children, who “couldn’t be happier.” So far the couple haven’t confirmed a wedding date, preferring to keep their relationship out of the spotlight.
Sean has two children, Patrick and Merri, with his ex-wife Jill Rhodes, whom he married in 1993 and divorced in 2019. Ainsley also has a daughter, Hayden, with her ex-husband Will Proctor.
