Emma Watters has shared some very sad news with her followers

It has been a heartbreaking past few days for the Watters family.

On Friday evening, Emma, 32, who has been married to Fox News star Jesse Watters, 47, since 2019, took to Instagram to update her 92.4k followers on some family news.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t good news. “Our beloved and beautiful Nan… thank you for showing us how to love and live. You may be gone, but your lessons and light will remain forever. Love you so much,” Emma sweetly penned under a carousel post, consisting of a beautiful selfie of her beloved grandmother as well as some snaps from family events.

Another picture Emma shared in her post was of herself with her nan, her mom Janice, and her daughter, Georgina. There was also a wholesome pic of the pair posing for a stunning selfie at what appeared to be a family event.

Followers were quick to send their well-wishes to Emma and her family in the comment section.

Jesse’s Fox News co-star Dana Perino commented, “Awww Emma. How Nan must have adored you. So sorry for your loss,” as Primetime reporter Johnny Belisario, shared a red love heart emoji.

One fan penned, “So sorry you have to go thru this loss but I am guessing nan loved you and your children very much! Hang onto that.You gave her much happiness.”

Another user shared, “I’m very sorry for your loss, hold on to the wonderful memories,” with someone else writing, “My heart goes out to you and your family for your loss.”

Emma didn’t give any details on how her nan passed away, and her husband Jesse has yet to pay a tribute on social media.

The sad news comes just weeks after Emma’s nan celebrated her 90th birthday. At the time, the producer shared a stunning snap with her mom, nan, and daughter.

She also included a beaming selfie of her nan sitting in a garden as she flashed a big teethy grin.

“4 generations!! Happy 90th birthday to my Nan, our matriarch. Blessed to have you to show us all the way…” Emma captioned the post at the time.

In the comments of the post fans all said how they couldnt believe Emma’s nan’s age. “90?? I had to show two family members and the oldest guess was 65. Happy Birthday,” one person admitted.

“She looks amazing for 90!!” someone else pointed out, while a third chimed in, “You all look beautiful! I can’t believe she is 90. She looks so much younger!”
