I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! 2025 came to an end on Sunday night as a new King of the Jungle was crowned

The I’m A Celebrity final delivered a huge shock for ITV as its viewing figures have been revealed.

The hit reality show crowned its 25th winner on Sunday (December 7) night as content creator Angry Ginge was named the new King of the Jungle. He beat Celebs Go Dating star Tom Read Wilson and former EastEnders actress Shona McGarty.

Ginge was handed the flower crown and a wooden sceptre by the reigning King of the Jungle, Danny Jones, after hosts Ant and Dec made the announcement.

Now, the episode’s viewing figures have been officially revealed by ITV, with its streaming hours up by 48% compared to the 2024 final. It saw a peak of 7.1 million viewers with an average of 6.4 million.

The live episode commanded a 74% share of 16 to 34-year-olds, with the programme since becoming the highest-rating live show of 2025 for that age demographic. The launch episode notably averaged an 84% share of the audience.

The series, which aired on ITV for three weeks, has also seen streams soar. Overall, the show has achieved 95.4 million streams, an uplift of 21% year on year. The series has become the higest rated title on ITVX so far this year.

That’s not all, as the 2025 launch episode has now consolidated with 11.2 million viewers overall.

I’m A Celebrity has continued to break records this year. Before announcing the winner last night, Ant and Dec revealed that just under 13 million votes had been cast online, which they said was the highest for the series in ten years.

After being crowned King of the Jungle, a stunned Ginge said: “I didn’t do it to become King, I did it for the experience,” while runner-up Tom declared: “That’s everything it should be.”
