Jesse Watters has once again left Fox News viewers up in arms – and this time it’s down to his hot take on Doug Emhoff joining Kamala Harris for the food shop.

Jesse Watters’ view on men grocery shopping with their wives has left many viewers with a bad taste in their mouths.

The Fox News host has sparked fierce debate online after he called out Doug Emhoff for grocery shopping with his wife, former Vice President Kamala Harris.

Jesse’s wild outburst occurred during Thursday’s installment of Primetime, where he reacted to a clip of Kamala and Doug packing away groceries at a Los Angeles store.

“The New York Post caught her grocery shopping with Doug E. Fresh,” Jesse quipped before brazenly asking viewers: “What kind of husband goes grocery shopping with his wife?”

The hot take sparked an onslaught of backlash on social media from fans who evidently did not agree with Jesse’s opinion.

One user @expat53.bsky.social fumed: “‘What kind of husband goes grocery shopping with his wife?’ A Real Man, something Jesse Watters wouldn’t know about.”

As a second person @WalshFreedom blasted: “Only a very weak, insecure man would ask a question like that @JesseBWatters”.

While fan @MsAnnaBaxter joked: “Jesse wears foundation and eyeliner. He really shouldn’t cast stones.”

Viewer @vbbernard answered Jesse’s question, writing: “The kind of Husband that loves & cherishes his wife, is a role model for his kids, who WANTS TO REMAIN MARRIED.”

And user @HarConservative admitted: “Pretty sure I’m not taking marriage advice from anyone at Fox News.”

This isn’t the first time Jesse has shared his outlandish views on men doing rather normal activities.

The TV host has previously hit out against men drinking milkshakes, taking a bath, eating ice cream in public, and using straws, declaring the activities as lacking masculinity.
