Andy Byron being filmed embracing his colleague Kriston Cabot at a Coldplay gig has set the internet ablaze and spawned a barrage of jokes.

And it appears country music sensation Morgan Wallen couldn’t resist poking fun at Byron at his recent gig at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Wallen appeared to take a swipe at the tech mogul after Byron announced yesterday he was resigning from his job amid rumors he is cheating on his wife with Cabot

Before singing his song I’m A Little Crazy, Wallen told his fans that while he doesn’t endorse cheating, he acknowledged that some might be being unfaithful to their partners

He said, “If there’s anybody here with their side chick or whatever, I think, I think you’re safe here,” drawing chuckles from the audience.

“I don’t condone cheating anymore,” he added.

While he didn’t name the kiss cam drama, many people on TikTok claimed he was referencing what happened.

A fan shared the viral clip and wrote, “Morgan Wallen didn’t name names, but we know exactly who he meant,” alluding to the former Astronomer CEO Andy Byron.

As soon as the pair noticed the kiss cam during the Coldplay gig, they immediately tried to hide their identities, with Cabot turning away and Byron ducking to the ground.

Coldplay’s lead singer Chris Martin couldn’t help but comment on their reaction and said, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

The moment was captured by a gig-goer and shared on social media, where it went viral.

Morgan has become the latest country star to poke fun at the ex-Astronomer chief.

Luke Bryan had the audience in stitches on Thursday at his Greenville, South Carolina, show when he took a jab at Andy and Kristin’s predicament, asking, “Who’s here with their secretary tonight?” His TikTok clip continued with a playful warning, “It’s gotta be someone way up there… Oh, yeah! There they are. Do not get caught tonight!”

Following the scandal, Andy stepped down from his role as CEO of Astronomer. The company issued a statement on LinkedIn, confirming the news, “As stated previously, Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding.”

The statement concluded with a note on leadership standards and accountability, stating, “Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met. Andy Byron has tendered his resignation, and the Board of Directors has accepted.”

The statement went on to say, “The Board will begin a search for our next Chief Executive as Cofounder and Chief Product Officer Pete DeJoy continues to serve as interim CEO. Before this week, we were known as a pioneer in the DataOps space, helping data teams power everything from modern analytics to production AI.”

The company wrapped up by stating, “While awareness of our company may have changed overnight, our product and our work for our customers have not. We’re continuing to do what we do best: helping our customers with their toughest data and AI problems.”
