The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 is coming to Netflix in early 2026.

All rise! Manuel Garcia-Rulfo and The Lincoln Lawyer gang will be back in the court room in February 2026.

Netflix announced The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 release date. It’s scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026.

Unlike with The Lincoln Lawyer season 2, The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 will not be a split season. We’re getting every episode on its release date. All 10 episodes of season 4 will be available to stream on Feb. 5. That’s a huge win for fans of the series who love to binge-watch this show and not wait a month between episodes.

It’s been a long time since The Lincoln Lawyer season 3, which was also a binge drop, hit Netflix in the fall of 2024. We were hoping that we’d see the new season this year, but it’s always been lined up for a 2026 premiere. Even with the long gap between seasons, I thought we’d be waiting until the spring or even the early summer to watch season 4, so it’s great that season 4 is getting rolled out in early February. That’s about the best that fans could have hoped for.

In addition to Garcia-Rulfo returning as Mickey Heller, we can confirm Neve Campbell, Jazz Raycole, Becki Newton, and Angus Sampson return as series regulars.

While the plot details are few and far between at this point, Netflix has revealed the synopsis for The Lincoln Lawyer season 4 via press release, including the Michael Connelly book which the fourth season is based.

“Based on the series of bestselling novels by renowned author Michael Connelly, the fourth season is based on the sixth book in The Lincoln Lawyer series, The Law of Innocence. Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia Rulfo) faces his toughest case yet as he and his team work tirelessly to prove his innocence in the murder of a former client, Sam Scales. To clear his name, they must unravel Sam’s final scam, forcing them to go head-to-head with the DA’s office, the FBI, and ghosts from Mickey’s own past.”

I love a good “clear his own name” mystery! David E. Kelley, who created the series, is a master of these kind of stories. While he’s not the showrunner, Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez definitely have something epic in store for fans in the new season!
