Michael Schumacher’s son, Mick, has sparked romance rumours following his separation from former girlfriend Laila Hasanovic.

The 29-year-old racing driver, whose father Michael remains one of Formula One’s most celebrated champions, was photographed alongside Portuguese model Clara Ramos during the weekend in Majorca.

Images captured by German publication BILD revealed the pair at a golf course in Camp de Mar, with Schumacher seen embracing Ramos on the Balearic island.

The Schumacher family maintains a villa in the area.

How serious the relationship between the former F1 driver and the Barcelona-based model has become remains uncertain at this stage.

Schumacher and Hasanovic were together for approximately three years before their relationship ended in April 2025.

The Danish Miss Universe finalist had been a regular presence at his Formula One races, travelling internationally to support him throughout his career.

However, Hasanovic has since begun a romance with Jannik Sinner, the world’s second-ranked tennis player.

She has been spotted cheering on the Italian star at several prestigious events, including Wimbledon, Roland Garros and the ATP Tour Finals.

The timing of Schumacher’s apparent new relationship comes just months after his former partner’s high-profile pairing with the tennis sensation became public knowledge.

Ramos, who is 24 years old, combines her modelling work with academic pursuits as a doctoral student at the University of Barcelona.

The Portuguese influencer has 113,000 followers on Instagram, where she frequently shares content from her professional shoots and international travels.

Schumacher himself maintains a substantial social media presence with 3.5 million Instagram followers, using the platform primarily to document his racing activities.

Notably, the former Haas driver follows just 600 accounts on the platform, with Ramos now among them.

The model resides in Barcelona, whilst Schumacher has spent his life traversing the globe in pursuit of his motorsport ambitions.

The weekend sighting coincided with a significant family occasion, as Michael Schumacher marked his 57th birthday on Saturday.

Mick’s sister Gina-Maria posted a touching tribute to their father, more than 12 years after the devastating skiing accident that led him to retreat from public life.

The photograph showed the family together, including Mick and mother Corinna, with Gina-Maria writing: “The best forever. Happy birthday, Dad!”

The post attracted nearly 200,000 likes, with Mick among those who engaged with the tribute.

Looking ahead, Schumacher is preparing to relocate to North America for his IndyCar debut with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing, co-owned by television personality David Letterman.

The 17-race season commences in Florida on March 1, where he will pilot the number 47 Honda alongside teammates Graham Rahal and Louis Foster.
