As His Final Season Premieres, This Late Night Talk Show Host Gets a News-Worthy Exclusive Collectible

John Oliver, Seth Meyers, Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, and Jimmy Fallon linked arm-in-arm

If you’re a fan of late night television, then you may be aware that Paramount and CBS recently decided to end The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. The show will finish its 11-season run next summer. The news was shocking, to say the least, as Stephen Colbert has been lighting up TV for the last decade as the host. Now, as the last season made its debut this past week, Funko is honoring Colbert with a brand-new Pop.

The Funko Shop exclusive Pop has the beloved Late Show host in one of his classic blue suits, and he’s holding his signature The Late Show With Stephen Colbert mug. This is an item that has been seen on the show often. Particularly when Colbert interviews his celebrity guests. While the figure is your traditional Pop, it has a lot of great detail that make it look like Colbert. Everything, from his glasses to his hair, is authentically the late night host. The figure will be $14.99 USD.

While Colbert had a long career in comedy – from The Colbert Report to appearances on his friend John Stewart‘s The Daily Show – he gained new-found fame when he took over The Late Show from David Letterman in 2015. This was especially true when Donald Trump first became President. Colbert never missed a moment to make fun of the President. Fast-forward to 2025 and that may or may not have been the reason Paramount decided not to renew The Late Show. The studio claimed it was for “money” reasons, but Trump celebrating the firing left most people on social media skeptical.

Regardless of the actual reasoning, Colbert has been one of the best voices on late night TV in his short decade on the air. The Late Show’s final season will run until May, Monday through Thursdays at 11:35 EST on CBS. Hopefully Colbert’s comedic talent can get a new gig quickly. Maybe, like Stewart, he could return to The Daily Show. Only time will tell on that front.
