Controversial Fox News Host Greg Gutfeld has a bit of a crazy romance story with his wife, Elena Moussa. Gutfield and Moussa married only months after meeting each other, so it’s easy to say that their love story was a bit of a whirlwind with a successful payoff: years of marriage and two children. As they say, when you know, you know. The couple also embodies another common saying for lovebirds: opposites attract. Gutfield and Moussa have a bigger age gap than you may expect, and they have a big aesthetics gap as well.
Moussa, who is deeply saturated in the fashion world, has a bit of an adventurous flare when it comes to dressing, in comparison to her husband who is frequently seen in simple suits and ties. She takes leaps in her style and packs her wardrobe full of unique pieces that dare to flash her killer legs. But even with such a powerful grasp on her eccentric taste, the outfits she throws together often push back against standard fashion lines, and the results aren’t always great. Here are some of the outfit flops that even her enviable gams couldn’t save.
The too-casual look for Moussa’s avant-garde moment

Out in Brooklyn with her friends in 2018, Elena Moussa snapped a picture among the mural art in a questionably artsy look. She wore a sleeveless black cut-off top with what appeared to be black denim shorts underneath a dramatic asymmetrical faux skirt that flaunted her long, tanned legs.
The skirt made for a very avant-garde moment, which wasn’t fit for the overly lax pieces of the rest of the look. Moussa’s crossbody bag, her worn loafers, and even her circular sunglasses all suggested a casual fit that the artistic overlay combated harshly.
She played dress-up with bad accessories

The American television host’s wife was photographed in what looks to be a dressing room in 2016, sitting on the floor in a rather eclectic look. Elena Moussa’s long stems poked out from under a knee-length black dress and were topped off with chunky black heels.
The bodice of the dress was stunning; the white floral lace made for a gorgeously unique piece, but the dress fell apart at the skirt which avoided all means of being interesting. Her accessories were especially questionable, with a pilgrim-inspired heel that peeled up in a bizarre shape, and her pink polka dot hat.
Moussa’s 2000s throwback

Posing with her head tilted back and a coffee in hand in 2016, Elena Moussa donned a leggy shirt dress with small cutouts around her waist, her signature white sunglasses, and big sneakers. Overall, the outfit sent followers back in time to the early 2000s.
The fit was dated, to say the least, with the rose gold sneakers that screamed 2000s Disney Channel, and the skater skirt cut of the dress. For someone deeply involved in the world of fashion, the ensemble felt like an avoidable flop.
Moussa’s vacation fit needed shape

It seems as though Elena Moussa can’t go long without her white-framed sunglasses. Though the shades had become part of her image, they bordered on looking like goggles in her 2015 vacation ensemble that stood out as a total flop.
The main issue with the outfit was its shape: the flowing shorts paired with the boxy top created a wide look to the editor’s fit figure, despite showing off her killer legs. The shirt was made worse by the egregious ruffle, which appeared completely out of place for this laid-back look. Even the material worked against the outfit, adding more grain to a piece that needed shape, not texture.
Moussa’s disastrous printed mini

You have to give it to Elena Moussa, she at least knows how to have fun with a look (and an Instagram pose). This outfit from 2014 had some redeeming pieces, like its black heels, but — like Moussa’s other fits — the accessories didn’t go with the main element.
The dress’ aesthetic was far from that of her shoes, with a quirkier, twee-inspired piece in harsh contrast to her elevated footwear. The dress itself wasn’t necessarily a great element either. Its shortened sleeves were an awkward addition to the more sophisticated print, and the mini ruffle gave the appearance of a tutu for the leggy ensemble.
Moussa’s all-white outfit

There are those white sunglasses again! Slouching in an Instagram post from 2014, the eccentric fashionista donned an all-white outfit with a short-sleeve button down and sweat-short look that flaunted her strong legs.
As usual, Elena Moussa paired the look with simply the worst accessories for the base outfit: black, grungy sneakers and an incredibly oversized black bag. It seems Moussa was unsure of which aesthetic to follow — the chic look of the oversized button-up and big bag, or the laid-back tone of her elastic-waist shorts and sneakers.
