Pierre Gasly has dropped close to £3.7million on a stylish new home in Miami, just days after buying into the KTM Tech3 MotoGP team ahead of the 2026 season. The Alpine Formula 1 sensation has enjoyed a respectable career on the grid to date, racking up 178 entries in total.
While he has failed to challenge for a coveted Drivers’ Championship just yet, that hasn’t prevented the Frenchman from making a serious amount of money in his endeavours. Instead of splashing the cash on luxury cars and designer fashion, it appears as though Gasly is investing his cash into long-term wins if his recent couple of purchases are anything to go by. The 29-year-old recently snapped up a luxurious ‘sky home’ overlooking Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami which he has since described as a “natural fit.”
Speaking about the lavish home, Gasly said: “From the moment this opportunity was introduced to me, it felt like a natural fit. As an F1 driver, my life is constantly on the move, so having a home where every detail is handled means everything.
“Miami Tropic Residences offers the effortless living, thoughtful design, and level of service I value – all in the heart of a city that has become a true global gathering place. The walkability, culture, and energy of the Design District perfectly reflect the lifestyle I enjoy.”
One of 338 condominium residences in a 49-storey tower, the opulent four-bedroom and four-bathroom property includes a private elevator and a number of amenities spanning five floors. They include an eighth-floor pool deck, a resident-only bar and rooftop pool, a private dining room, a library and a number of other hospitality and ‘wellness-driven’ areas.

It comes after Gasly recently became the first active F1 driver to purchase a stake in a MotoGP team, linking up with the KTM Tech3 team ahead of the 2026 season. The team itself is led by former Haas F1 principal, Guenther Steiner, who was a part of a consortium which purchased it outright last year.
While ownership has changed hands, the team continues to operate from Bormes-les-Mimosas in France as it looks towards stability and growth. Gasly made the investment through his Trail Slam fund and was quick to point out his admiration of the brand.
He said: “I have a strong conviction in the strength of the Tech3 brand and the long-term growth of the MotoGP sport. I look forward to contributing to further elevating the team’s profile.”
Elsewhere, Gasly also owns a stake in FC Versailles, who compete in National, as he continues to build on an impressive sporting portfolio.
