STEVE Irwin’s daughter Bindi has revealed the inescapable pain she has been suffering.
She has opened up about having to have 50 lesions cut from her body in a terrifying health battle at just 27 years old.
Bindi, who has followed in the footsteps of her father Steve, is an Australian conservationist and zookeeper.

She has been in the public eye most of her life, and remained in the spotlight after her father tragically died 20 years ago.
In an Instagram post shared this week, Bindi has detailed her gruelling battle with endometriosis.

Sharing snaps of her in a hospital bed, Bindi explained in the caption: “In the last three years, I’ve had over 50 endometriosis lesions cut out of my body.
“A chocolate cyst that was adhering my ovary to my side was removed. An appendectomy and a hernia repair.
“I’ve felt indescribable, inescapable pain.

“Trying to keep my invisible illness to myself after being told by doctors it was just ‘part of being a woman.’
“I spent 10 years being undiagnosed. As a teenager and young woman, I felt weak and deeply insecure. I was trapped in my own body.”
Bindi continued: “ March is endometriosis awareness month.

“As this month comes to a close, I urge everyone to remember this invisible disease each and every day. To lend support, compassion and grace towards the millions who suffer.
“It’s up to all of us to raise awareness, not just for endometriosis but for women’s health as a whole. No one deserves to suffer in silence.
“For more information I turned to @seckinmd and @endofound. If you’re in pain, my heart breaks for you. I believe you. Please find answers. And don’t give up on yourself. I know how hard that can be.“
Fans and friends of the star flocked to the comments section to support Bindi.
One person said: “As a woman that suffered with endometriosis for years I want to thank you for sharing your story & bringing attention to this issue.”
Another penned: “’m so proud of you for sharing your journey.”

While a third said: “You’ve always been a warrior, both environmental and for doing what is right. I’m so sorry you and so many others live with this awful condition. All love and strength to you.”
And a fourth added: “Shining a massive light on a topic so undiagnosed. Thanks Bindi. Such a great thing your are doing.”
Meanwhile, her mom Terri Irwin commented: “I am so proud of you for sharing your journey, Bindi.
“I have learned that it is important for women to seek out a surgeon who performs excision surgery instead of ablation. Everyone deserves to live without pain!”
Dancing With The Stars professional Witney Carson also penned: “You’re so brave! I’m so proud of you.”
