This week, the country superstar stepped up in a big way, donating $15,000 through the Morgan Wallen Foundation to help 35 kids from Knoxville attend a life-changing music summer camp. For many of these young dreamers, it’s their first chance to pick up an instrument, write songs, and discover the magic of music firsthand.
At just 32, Morgan’s not only topping charts but also making sure the next generation has the tools — and the inspiration — to follow in his footsteps. And with new music rumored for later this year, he’s proving that country music’s future is bright both on stage and off.
Wallen’s $15,000 donation will fully cover the costs for 35 kids to attend a Knoxville music and arts summer camp this July.

Morgan Wallen donated $15,000 through his Morgan Wallen Foundation to the Salvation Army Knoxville Area Command to support local children in his hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee.
According to WATE 6 News, a Knoxville ABC affiliated news outlet, Wallen donated $15,000 in the form of a grant from his charity, the Morgan Wallen Foundation. The outlet also reported that the generous donation will “fully cover the cost for 35 kids to attend Camp Paradise Valley, a camp and conference center owned and operated by the Salvation Army Kentucky and Tennessee Divisional Headquarters.”
Area Commander of The Salvation Army Knoxville Area Command, Major Cameron Henderson, issued a statement to the East Tennessee news outlet showcasing gratitude for Wallen’s generosity.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Morgan Wallen Foundation for investing in the lives of young people in our region,” Henderson said. “For many of these children, this will be their first time attending camp and exploring music and the arts in such a hands-on way. It’s more than a week away—it’s a chance to discover their talents, build confidence, and just be kids.”
Morgan Wallen Sends 35 Kids To Summer Camp With Generous Donation on behalf of Morgan Wallen Foundation
This isn’t the first time Wallen has given back to his hometown via his Morgan Wallen Foundation. In fact, in 2023, Wallen returned to his alma mater, Gibbs High School, to donate $35,000 to help the school’s music and baseball programs. Then, in September of 2024, the Morgan Wallen Foundation surprised his former high school with a $140,000 donation to Gibbs Youth Sports to assist in the renovation of the facilities and Gibbs Ruritan Park. He also donated $500,000 to the Red Cross for Hurricane Helene relief efforts to assist those in need in his home state of Tennessee and those impacted by the storm in North Carolina. He also donated over 140,000 pounds of food to Hurricane Helene relief efforts at the time via a “HELP” campaign he launched.
“We can’t thank Morgan Wallen enough for his heart and generous $500,000 donation to impact help on the ground now in the areas affected by Hurricane Helene, including his beloved East Tennessee,” Trevor Riggin, the Red Cross National President for Humanitarian Services, previously shared in a press statement.
And Morgan Wallen’s kindness doesn’t stop there. The country superstar and East Tennessee native continues to give back via his charitable foundation while on the road. In fact, Wallen donates $3 from every ticket sold on his I’m The Problem Tour to his Morgan Wallen Foundation to support programs for the youth in the areas of sports and music.
On his headlining 20-show I’m The Problem Tour, Morgan Wallen launched the “2025 Tour Give Back” initiative to say thank you to the communities that have welcomed Wallen in with open arms by supporting music programs in touring cities.
He kicked off his tour with back-to-back shows at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas, where he donated musical instruments to two local schools: James Madison High School and S.P. Waltrip High School. Later, during his two-show stint at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin, he donated $12,000 worth of instruments to Lake View Elementary School, according to WMTV 15 News.
“We are deeply grateful for this generous gift to our school community,” Lake View Principal, Nou Vang-Vue, shared with various media outlets. “Music helps our students build confidence, express themselves and find joy, and this donation gives us the tools to expand access and deepen that experience.”
Madison Metropolitan School District’s Director of Arts Education, Dan Davidson, added, “This generous donation is a powerful example of how individuals and organizations can make a lasting impact on public education. Access to high-quality music programming inspires creativity, builds confidence and helps students feel connected to school and one another, and this gift will enrich those experiences for years to come.”

Morgan Wallen’s I’m The Problem Tour continues on July 11 and July 12 with two shows in Miami, Florida at Hard Rock Stadium. I’m The Problem Tour, produced by Live Nation, continues through September 13. The 20-show trek features rotating direct support from Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel, with additional support from Gavin Adcock, Corey Kent, Ella Langley and Anne Wilson on select dates.
The trek comes in support of his fourth studio album, I’m The Problem, which arrived on May 16, 2025. I’m The Problem debuted at No. 1 in seven countries. In the United States, Wallen broke his own record for most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 history, with 37 songs charting at once upon its release.
