Vanderpump Rules star Stassi Schroeder has revealed the real reason she’s “furious” with Meghan Markle, and it all comes down to a missing PR box.
Speaking on her podcast, Straight Up With Stassi, the Bravo alum vented about apparently being snubbed by the Duchess of Sussex’s lifestyle brand.
She claimed that she didn’t receive a promotional gift package from Meghan’s brand, As Ever.

“I have literally defended her when no one else did,” Stassi said, as reported by The Mirror. “I have filmed videos about it, I’ve commented on all the things, I even had my [bleeping] PR reach out.”
The reality star also said she has stood by Meghan through years of online hate and controversy. But being left out of the duchess’ influencer gifting list was “the last straw”.
Stassi admitted her frustration stems from the fact that others, including influencers who’ve openly questioned or criticised Meghan, did receive the PR packages.
In a dramatic moment, Stassi announced to listeners that she would unfollow Meghan on Instagram during the recording.
She said: “I’m not watching her show anymore, I’m not going to talk about her anymore. I’m going to unfollow her right now.”

Stassi calls Meghan ‘control freak’
The bestselling author went on to accuse Meghan of looking down on her because of her reality TV background.
She claimed: “The way she moves through social media, I think she’s stuck in 2017, and she just thinks I’m a lowly reality person. That’s what I think, and I am furious.”
She also compared Meghan to Blake Lively. Referencing recent headlines about the conflict between the It Ends With Us actress and her co-star Justin Baldoni, Stassi branded both women “control freaks”.
Stassi isn’t the first former supporter to turn sour on the duchess.
In 2020, stylist Jessica Mulroney, once one of Meghan’s closest friends, reportedly fell out with Meghan after seemingly mentioning the duchess in a social media scandal.
Similarly, Made in Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh claimed she was “snubbed” by Meghan shortly after her royal romance with Prince Harry began.
However, many of Meghan’s other friends seem to remain close to her including actress Mindy Kaling and model Chrissy Teigen, who both appeared on the duchess’ Netflix cooking show.
But, as for Stassi, she has made it clear her era of Meghan fandom is officially over.
