It’s that time of year when Married At First Sight Australia is all anyone can talk about, usually because there is a groom on there that makes us wonder why any wannabe bride would even want to take part in the social experiment slash reality TV show.
The Aussie based romance reality TV series has already been on in Australia for a month which means a lot has happened that us UK viewers are set to see.
All weddings have taken place and it’s possible that some couples are either no longer together or, in some cases, have the quit the show already.

The newlyweds we will be looking into for today’s episode of ‘Do the MAFS couple ever make it past the awkward AF ceremony?’ is Bec Zacharia and Danny Hewitt.
As always with our Married At First Sight couple pieces, many spoilers lie ahead. You have been warned MAFS fanatics.
Bec and Danny did get off to a bit of a rocky start but theres nothing a honeymoon to Fiji won’t fix, right? RIGHT?
Well, another bride Gia Fleur did declare that Danny said she more his type – which is never a good sign – and despite some early chemistry, Danny now seems less sure but still, we have high hopes for the matched couple.
As it stands Bec and Danny are still following each other on Instagram and we have a feeling that would NOT be the case if it had all gone Pete Tong.
They are both religiously posting promo pics of them together for each dinner party with captions that mean nothing to us because we are waaaaay behind Australia.
Case in point, ‘POV: You’re on your apology tour and the catering is humble pie. #MAFS,’ and, ‘Two pints of lager and a packet of cheese and onion crisps please? #MAFS.’
It all seems to be a in light-hearted, so here’s to hoping they are one of the few that make it in the outside world.
