LOVE Island fans have demanded Samie Elishi and Ciaran Davies hand back their £50k winners prize as they brand them “scammers” following their shock split.

The pair were crowned champions of this year’s All Stars series last month but have already parted ways just three weeks after coming out of the villa.

The news of their split was announced yesterday and now fans have taken to Reddit to share their frustrations about it.

One person fumed: “LMAO Samie is always calling out people for scamming but look.”

Another Love Island viewer raged: “Boring and scammed a win.”

Somebody else penned: “I thought they would at least try and fake it a bit longer.”

A fourth said: “Make them give the cash back!”

While a fifth added: “I see the general census is Samie and Ciaran are scammers and so is everyone else.”

One even suggested runners-up, Millie Court and Zac Woodworth should get the money as they said: “Give Millie her money!”

Despite receiving 35 per cent of the vote at the final of All Stars, Samie, 26, and Ciaran, 23, decided to call it quits last week.

A source exclusively told The Sun: “Samie and Ciaran have decided that, for now at least, they’re better off staying friends rather than pursuing things romantically.

“They made that decision in the week.

“Neither of them have a bad word to say about each other. Maybe they’ll end up staying good mates and you never know what could happen down the line.”

A source close to Samie said: “Upon leaving the villa things really changed for Samie and Ciaran.

“They never made things official and haven’t been able to spend much time together and things have fizzled out.

“They had an amazing experience in Love Island but they just didn’t have things in common in the real world.”

Samie has been non-stop with work since the win and is currently in New York with Olivia Attwood and other Islanders for River Island.

A source close to Ciaran added: “Ciaran’s a proper good guy and he really did like Samie, to be fair, and I think she was interested in him on the show too.

“It’s disappointing, but there are also a few raised eyebrows – from the outside it does seem like Samie’s pretty focused on work.”

It comes after fans spotted tell tale signs the couple were on the rocks and shared them online.

They noticed the pair had stopped posting each other on social media and also were not liking or commenting on pics.

The source close to Ciaran added: “It does make people wonder whether she went on Love Island All Stars genuinely looking for love, or if the goal was more about getting back in the spotlight and opening up more work opportunities.”

Samie and Ciaran were enjoying getting to know one another before Lucinda Strafford came in and decided to steal him from her.

He was receptive to getting to know her but after realising he only had eyes for Samie, he ended things with Lucinda.
