Aileen Lopera, Cardi B, Stefon Diggs

According to Page Six, a paternity test has verified that National Football League player Stefon Diggs is, in fact, the father of Instagram model Aileen Lopera’s child, Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera.

“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Lopera’s attorney, Tamar Arminak, told Page Six. “ Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”

Lopera filed a paternity suit against the 31-year-old athlete, requesting legal and physical custody of the child, with only visitation rights granted to Diggs, as reported by Us Weekly, as of December of 2024.

Additionally, she asked that he be responsible for covering all pregnancy and birth-related costs and attorney fees.

Lopera delivered her daughter, whom she has named Chairlee Harper Diggs-Lopera, and this is according to Us Weekly.

The model posted pictures of the baby on Instagram.

In July, as a reaction to the lawsuit, Diggs asked for a genetic test because he was “not certain” about his paternity, but it has now been proven that he is indeed the father, as reported by his attorney.

Arminak asserted that “paternity has been established, but that this case has not been dismissed and will proceed if the parties are not able to resolve their issue themselves.”

At present, he is in a relationship with rapper Cardi B, who has recently announced that she is pregnant with their first child.

Cardi has three other children with her separated husband, Offset. Diggs is dad to a 9-year-old daughter, Nova.
