As he introduced the show, Bret, 55, addressed viewers directly, stating, “But first breaking tonight, tragedy in Minneapolis, police say a shooter fired through a window at a Catholic church this morning, two children were killed, 14 others were injured, along with three adults in their 80s.
“They said the shooter died of a self-inflicted wound. It occurred during the first week of the new school year. The FBI is investigating it as an act of domestic terrorism. Correspondent Jonathan Hunt is monitoring developments tonight,” he added.
Fox’s chief Correspondent, Jonathan, was in Minneapolis reporting live from the devastating scenes. he told Bret and viewers at home, “It’s every parent’s worst nightmare.
