A cupcake-pink journey has ended in the sweetest way possible. Fox News star and former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany has given birth to her third child with husband, former MLB pitcher Sean Gilmartin. The couple proudly introduced their baby girl to the world: Avery Grace.
A Family of Five
On Instagram, Kayleigh shared joyful new photos, writing: “Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life.”
Her Fox News co-host Emily Compagno broke the news to viewers on Outnumbered, calling Avery “the newest member of the Outnumbered family.” The show then aired a touching montage of Kayleigh, Sean, and their newborn.
Faith at the Center
In true Kayleigh fashion, the announcement was anchored in faith. She paired the post with Psalm 139:13-14:
“For you created my inmost being… I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
It’s the same biblical inspiration she’s leaned on throughout her pregnancy, first revealed back in March when she called the journey “a special time for the whole family.”
Big Sibling Excitement
Blake (5) has been the most enthusiastic, often running to kiss Kayleigh’s belly during pregnancy. Nash (2), meanwhile, has proudly stepped into the role of middle child—with cupcake crumbs and all.
The siblings’ excitement isn’t new to Fox viewers—Blake’s gleeful squeal during June’s on-air gender reveal went viral within hours.
A Love Story in Motion
Their journey together is one fans know well:
2015: Kayleigh, then at Harvard Law, slid into Sean’s DMs on X (a story she recounts in her memoir For Such a Time as This).
2017: The couple married in Florida, surrounded by family, friends, and baseball caps.
2019 & 2022: Daughter Blake and son Nash were born.
2025: Baby Avery completes the trio — a perfect nod to Fox’s “Outnumbered” title Kayleigh loves to reference.
What’s Next?
At 37, Kayleigh says she isn’t rushing her return to television. “I’m focusing on life’s most important headline for now,” she told colleagues. With three little ones under six, quiet moments will be rare, but fans expect she’ll be back at the Outnumbered desk later this year—Bible verse in hand.
Until then, it’s newborn cuddles, sleepless nights, and a home joyfully “outnumbered” in the very best way.
Congratulations to the McEnany-Gilmartin family—and welcome, Avery Grace.
