Meghan Markle has been offered her own show on the UK radio station, MagicFM. The generous offer comes after she revealed the radio station was “one of the things I miss most about the UK” during season two of With Love, Meghan.

Since the big reveal, MagicFM and Absolute Radio content director, Paul Sylvester, spoke at a Radio Centre event about Meghan’s admission. He said: “The offer is on the table: if the Duchess wants to host a show, she’s very welcome.”

MagicFM currently counts famous celebrity presenters such as singer Ronan Keating and ex-All Saints singer, Nicole Appleton, among its ranks.

The revelation about Meghan’s favourite UK radio station came during episode three of ‘With Love, Meghan, featuring Tan France.
In the episode, titled ‘Easy As Pie’, the two cook a variety of dishes and chat about Meghan’s love life.

The Queer Eye star is originally from Doncaster, which led her to admit that she missed UK radio stations the most about life in the country.

“Honestly, what I miss most about the UK, the radio stations, Magic,” she said.

“Magic FM?” France asked.

After Meghan confirmed that was what she meant, he opted to mock her, jokingly calling her a “grandma”.”Magic FM? Wow. Sorry to say this to you so publicly, but that’s such a grandma station,” he said.

Fans of the idea have taken to social media to discuss their views on Meghan hosting a radio show.

One wrote: “You should offer her to do a playlist that u play her selection and call it the Meghan Hour it something! She is good at choosing music!” Another said: “Hope she takes up their offer!”

The Duchess of Sussex said music was “part of how we kept the vibe alive” on the set of ‘With Love, Meghan’. She also shared some songs she liked listening to while filming on an Instagram post.

“Filming season two of With Love, Meghan was more fun than you can imagine,” she wrote in the caption. “Part of how we kept the vibe alive? Music. Between setups, I would play a song from my phone, and today I wanted to share some of the favourites I kept on rotation! Add them to your playlist, press shuffle, and enjoy!”
