LOVE Island’s Scott van-der-Sluis and Whitney Adebayo have explosively fallen out – as he brands her a “liar” after she shared his private messages.
It was revealed last week that Scott, 25, and Whitney, 28, were no longer friends as co-star Carrington Rodriguez, 28, urged them to “kiss and make up”.

During their time in the villa, Scott repeatedly clashed with Belle Hassan, who was good friends with Whitney.
He ended up doing a U-turn and ditched her for Leanne Amaning, who he was originally coupled up with.
Whitney often gave Scott advise and told him that he didn’t think he and Leanne were a match, while pushing him to explore his connection with Belle and US bombshell Sher Suarez.
But now Scott and Whitney have aired their dirty laundry and taken social media swipes at each other, while also revealing the truth behind their bitter feud.
It comes after Belle made comments on Wednesday in her first podcast since the All Stars villa, where she claimed that Scott had accessed a phone during a dentist appointment in South Africa, which he used to find out who was the most popular.
Belle said on Jamie Laing‘s podcast Great Company: “He went to the dentist and he started Googling – I said I was going to come on the podcast and expose the truth, so here I am.
“He did say that, he went to the dentist and got hold of a phone or was asking the dentist to Goggle things.
“He told me this, he told Ciaran and Helena.
“He was Goggling football scores, he was Goggling the press – so he’s come in with all this information.
“He basically had looked up who was the favourite at the time, at the time he said I was the favourite girl.”
Whitney then confirmed Belle’s story while she appeared on The Wunmi Bello Show podcast today.
She said: “Scott had a root canal and he had to go to the dentist.
“Scott ended up getting access to a phone and then he found up the public wanted him with Leanne.
“And then he obviously came back and did a 180 on Belle, that’s why Belle went crazy, not because of the 180, but more so ‘you’ve switched up on me’
“That’s why Belle was like ‘you’re making a logical decision and not going with the emotion’ and that ‘I know the truth’.
“Yeah because things happened behind-the-scenes.”
But Scott has since furiously hit back at Belle and Whitney for fabricating this story.
He said on his X account: “Three weeks to cook up a story to clear their name and this is the best they could do, the problem with agreeing to lie is your always going to slip up.

“Should have just got their TikTtok friends to say it and take the heat.”
But Whitney responded to Scott on her X page by sharing a screengrab of a conversation with him.
She captioned it: “As your founder, don’t try me because I will not conform to your lies. all this for clout? so sorry for you.”
One of the texts was Whitney trying to explain that she backed Scott with every girl he wanted to get to know.
Another text Whitney sent read: “Even the dentist talk, I backed you and didn’t give it beans.”
Scott responded: “That’s not the problem Whit, I literally just said that on stream.”
They also clashed over Whitney saying on the podcast that Samie Elishi was more Scott’s type than Leanne, which ruffled his feathers.
Since their exchange earlier today, Scott and Leanne have both unfollowed Whitney, and she has done the same and unfollowed them.
After spotting the unfollow, Whitney wrote in the comments section of her original post: “PS: He removed me as follower. Mind games.”
There were signs in the villa that cracks had appeared in Leanne and Whitney’s friendship.
During her brief time apart from Scott, Leanne kissed Whit’s man Yamen, while Whit told Scott he’d make a better match with American girl Sher.
On the Morning After podcast following the final, fans noticed Whitney didn’t namecheck Leanne when she said which villa stars she was friends with.
There was also a podcast episode where Whitney and sister Liz discussed her advice to Scott, with the latter insisting her sibling was just being honest.
Whitney and Scott became good pals on the summer series in 2023, with Whitney affectionately nicknaming Scott Scottisha.
Whitney, her ex Lochan Nowacki, and Scott would often hang out after their time in the villa, and Scott sided with Whit after the couple’s bitter split last April.
