Speaking on her NearlyWeds podcast, the reality star revealed she has a hereditary essential tremor, which her dad also suffers with.
She said: “We shake really bad, it’s hereditary, we have an essential tremor and we do shake really bad.
‘So we’re both going to be going [shakes] because when I get more nervous and anxious it gets worse.
“Do you know on Love Island everyone was tweeting like, ‘Oh my god she is so annoying with the shakes’ because on the final I was shaking.”

Molly added: “So it gets 10 times worse but my dad is the same so he’s going to be trying to hold me and I’ll be clinging to him and we’re both going to be like this [shakes] walking down the aisle. Can you imagine?”
An essential tremor causes involuntary, rythmic shaking primarily impacting hands and arms during movement.
The often inherited neurological disorder can also affect the legs, head or voice.
Although symptoms usually stop during sleep, they can worsen with stress, age or caffeine.
Molly first appeared on Love Island in series six as a Casa Amor bombshell, only to be dumped from the villa on Day 38.
She returned for All Sars four years later, going on to win alongside her now husband-to-be Tom.
Although it was awkward at first, with her ex Callum Jones also being part of the same series.
Before she met Tom, Molly dated Callum for three years after meeting on the 2020 winter series of Love Island.
Callum fell for Molly after he and the Villa boys went to Casa Amor to meet six new girls.
He chose to take the blonde beauty back into the main villa, instead of sticking with Shaughna Phillips, who was waiting for him to return single and reunite.
Callum and Molly dated for three years after the show and moved in together in Manchester before breaking up in 2023.
