Chaos Returns to Love Island as the Show Revives Its Most Brutal Challenge Yet
LOVE Island’s most savage challenge will return later this week much to fans’ delight – despite last year’s ending in tears.
It’s certainly been a drama-filled week on the ITV2 show, from Movie Night fallout and the boys grovelling hard to the explosive feud between Lola and Julia.

But, bosses of the summer dating show are not slowing down as the series draws closer to the end and The Sun can reveal that one of viewer’s favourite challenges is making a comeback.
Later this week, fans will watch the Islanders turn savage as they navigate a game of Snog Marry Pie – and it’s already been filmed.
The legendary game has stirred up a lot of emotions over the years and has thrown the villa into utter chaos more than once.
“Snog Marry Pie is always chaos, it’s a hard game for the Islanders to make sure they keep everyone happy,” said an insider.
“Someone always gets upset when someone chooses to snog someone outside of their couple.”
The insider added: “It’s also inevitable they’ll be some sort of bullying row – when an Islander gets pied more than fans think they deserve.
“There were loads of tears last year during the fallout and Shakira got really upset.”
Shakira Khan was left down in the dumps after her man Harry Cooksley chose to snog Helena over her.
At the time, Harry, 31, confessed: “There’s undeniable sexual chemistry.”
The telly star was left reeling over the interaction and said she felt “betrayed.”
Harry attempted to propose to Shakira, 23, but she was furious and refused.
Shakira, from Burnley, later broke down in floods of tears on the terrace and her pals Toni Laites and Yasmin Pettet comforted her.
She sobbed: “I can handle all of them being b****es when I’ve got a good thing with Harry…
“Now everything has gone to sh**.
“Why the f*** would he kiss Helena?”
While The Sun cannot spoil the exact date of this year’s Snog Marry Pie game, we can tell you that it’s just days away.
Which Islanders will receive that dreaded face full of pie?
Love Island continues tonight at 9:00pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
