Prince Harry has been criticised by a TV star for not being a “loyal Brit”. TV personality Lisa Vanderpump made the comment about the Duke of Sussex at BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas, when she spoke to Bravo fan Jerry O’Connell.

The fan told Lisa that his wife, Rebecca Romijn, had recently flown on a plane with Harry, 41. It is not known where the plane was heading; however, he said his wife found it “exciting”.

He then said: “My wife said, ‘Yeah, it was exciting, [but] not as exciting [as] when Lisa Vanderpump sat two rows back’.”

This resulted in Lisa, 65, making a brutal comment about Prince Harry, who quit royal life in 2020 and moved to America from the UK.

Lisa said: “Well, I’m a loyal Brit. He (Harry) isn’t, right? Come on, you know, I’m telling the truth.”

It is believed the comment about Harry not being a “loyal Brit” refers to the fact that he stepped down from being a working royal and moved thousands of miles away from the UK.

They have spent the last five years living on a sprawling estate in Montecito, California, with their children Prince Archie, six, and Princess Lilibet, four.

While he may now call California home, the prince has always insisted that he will always love Britain as his home country.

After last visiting the UK in September, Harry told The Guardian: “I have always loved the UK and I always will love the UK.”
