Fox News star Ainsley Earhardt has lifted the lid on her unconventional relationship with fiancé and network co-star Sean Hannity—revealing that the two will continue to live in separate states for much of the week, even after they tie the knot.
Earhardt, 48, and Hannity, 63, have received a huge amount of media attention with their relationship, even earning praise from President Donald Trump, who gushed over their romance during an Aug. 19 interview on “Fox & Friends.”
Speaking about the resurgence of the economy under his leadership, Trump, 79, noted that restaurants in Washington, D.C., are now “bursting” with customers thanks to his crackdown on crime in the city.
He then suggested that “a guy named Sean Hannity … might take a very lovely young lady that he knows very, very well to dinner” in the nation’s capital, before joking that he didn’t want to get Earhardt “in trouble” for discussing her relationship on-air.
“That’s the greatest relationship. I hope I’m not breaking any news,” he carried on as Earhardt quietly said, “Thank you.”
“Ainsley and Sean, great people. And when they go out to dinner, I don’t want to see them get mugged. Now they can go out, they can hold hands, they can walk down the street,” Trump said. “They’re both superstars. I want to know who makes more money, because she’s got to be making a lot!”
Hannity and Earhardt first revealed that they were engaged in December, just over four years after they went on their first date, with the iHeart radio host popping the question on bended knee inside their Palm Beach church just a few days before Christmas.

At the time, Hannity was living full time in his residence in the tony Florida enclave—while Earhardt was still in Manhattan, not far from the Fox News studio where she films her hit morning show, “Fox & Friends.”
Now, Earhardt has confirmed that the pair will continue that unique living arrangement even after they marry, admitting in a new interview that while their long-distance relationship might not be the most “conventional,” they have found that it’s the best setup for the two of them, as well as her 9-year-old daughter, Hayden, whose father lives in Manhattan.
The “Fox & Friends” star, who began working for the network when she was 29, explained that she and Hannity have an arrangement that allows both of them to continue pursuing their successful on-screen careers—without sacrificing the quality time they spend together.
She told the Daily Mail that the setup involves her and Hayden flying down to Palm Beach every Friday after the youngster finishes school, spending the weekend with Hannity at his stunning waterfront townhouse, and then returning to the Big Apple on Sunday afternoon after church.
“It’s not conventional. We live on opposite ends of the East Coast, but when you love someone, you make it work,” she told the Daily Mail. “I love my time with Sean in Palm Beach. We always do a family brunch after church on Sunday, and then Hayden and I fly back. I love my New York life, too.”
While she and Hayden are in Florida, they stay with Hannity in one of his many homes—which include a $23.5 million Manalapan mansion as well as two adjacent townhouses in Palm Beach, one of which he purchased for $5.3 million in 2021, while the other he snapped up in January for $14.9 million.
The “Hannity” star purchased his Manalapan dwelling just a few weeks before buying his second Palm Beach residence. However, he listed the megamansion for rent in June of this year, with a sky-high price of $130,000 a month, suggesting that he bought the dwelling as an investment property.
Meanwhile, Earhardt, who shares her daughter with her ex-husband, Will Proctor, resides in a lavish New York City apartment, which the Daily Mail described as being akin to “a set of HBO’s ‘The Gilded Age’” thanks to its incredibly luxurious design.
The on-screen star lives in the home with her daughter and their dog, Rosie Tiny Buttercup, with Hayden splitting her time between her mother’s apartment and her father’s.
Earhardt says that the co-parenting situation is amicable—although she concedes that she was in a privileged position to have the financial means to divorce Proctor and move into a new home with their daughter alone.

“I had my own financial support. I was able to take care of myself,” she explained. “I had a baby, and I wanted her to be in a happy home, not just one I stayed in because we were married.”
Her split from Proctor, whom she admitted that she believed would be the only person she ever married, also taught her the importance of protecting her financial independence, and she noted that she and Hannity will sign a prenup before they walk down the aisle.
Although she did not reveal details about what the legal document will cover, both she and Hannity are going into their marriage with their own fortunes—and, certainly in Hannity’s case, an impressive property portfolio that warrants protection.
Before relocating to Florida, the longtime Fox News host boasted an impressive waterfront estate in Centre Island, NY, which he purchased in 2008 for $8.5 million, according to records.
However, in January, Hannity announced that he was quitting New York for good, explaining in an episode of his iHeart radio show that he would be moving permanently to Florida to enjoy more “freedom.”
“I’ve been threatening now to do this for quite a while, but we are now beginning our first broadcast from my new home, and that is in the free state of Florida,” he revealed. “I am out. I am done. I’m finished.”
The outspoken conservative explained the motivation for his move down South came from his dislike of the political policies implemented by representatives in New York, explaining that he felt much more aligned with those adopted by leaders in Florida.
“Finally, for the first time that I can think of in my adult life, I actually have representatives in the state that I’m living in that share my values,” he went on. “Like so many Americans, I left New York for good and am now in the state with, let’s see, warmer weather, law and order, better education, more freedom, better quality of life—and guess what? No state income tax.”
His move to Florida came just a few months after he offloaded his Centre Island estate for a staggering $12.7 million, having initially listed the property for $13.75 million in May 2024.
