Netflix has consistently been putting out great Korean content, whether it’s a movie or a show. In January 2026, the streaming giant will be releasing the romantic comedy series No Tail to Tell. But this isn’t your typical rom-com with meet-cutes and predictable love triangles. For starters, it mixes Korean folklore with modern romance, injecting magical chaos into everyday life.

The series centers around Eun‑ho, a centuries-old gumiho, or nine-tailed fox, who has lived for hundreds of years avoiding human life and the responsibilities that come with it. That is, until a magical accident involving Kang Si‑yeol, a world-class soccer star, turns her into an ordinary human. Suddenly, Eun-ho finds herself navigating the chaotic, confusing, and hilarious world of humans, all while dealing with her growing feelings for Si‑yeol.
