LOVE Island fans are convinced that Jessy Potts is “playing a big game” after she involved herself in Lucinda and Belle’s feud.

Last night, ITV2 viewers saw the girls go to war with each other as a row erupted in the dressing room.

It all kicked off after Lucinda called Belle out over her antics with Scott – saying she was a “hypocrite” and had double standards for having a go at her but then doing the same thing, if not worse.

The row continued with Jessy involving herself as she tried to explain that Lucinda felt “vindicated”, while Whitney also slammed the girls for their “lack of morals” calling them “fake”.

Tonight things got a lot worse as during the recoupling Lucinda took a swipe at Belle.

In her speech, Lucinda said: “There’s been some people in here that explored connections that hasn’t been genuine and some double standards that I’ve had to watch…”

This prompted a furious Belle to comment: “Why is this f*****g speech about me?”

Lucinda and Belle clashed again later that afternoon as they failed to resolve their issues.

Belle told her: “I don’t want to speak to you, my issues I’ve dealt with – they’re none of your business.”

Later that evening, Jessy approached Lucinda at the Firepit and told her: “I’m a bit confused about the comments in the recoupling speech, what was going on with your mindset?”

Lucinda said: “I got scrutinised…the last person I thought that would do the exact same is Belle, especially not to someone like Leanne… when I do it, I get screamed and shouted at…”

Jessy replied: “You know you love to rage bait…I think that you’re a smart girl and you’re underestimated.”

Lucinda replied: “I’m not here to explain the way I am…”

Jessy then impersonated Lucinda by mimicking a baby voice.

She then told Jessy that her comment about Belle was “irrelevant”, but Lucinda said that the “had nothing to do with her”.

The girls continued to argue, while the rest of the villa looked on in shock.

Jessy later told Sean: “I back that you’re gonna support Lucinda no matter what but it’s not a conversation between us…”

He replied: “I don’t think it was ever your place to say anything [to Lucinda] anyway…I‘m struggling to find your whole point to the conversation.”

Viewers are convinced Jessy has a secret motive for inserting herself into Lucinda and Belle’s ongoing feud.

Many fans think Jessy is siding with Belle and Samie for her own popularity after watching the show for the last two weeks.

One viewer wrote: “Jessy thinks the public hates Lucinda, she’s trying to get brownie points, she doesn’t know we switched sides.”

A second posted: “Jessy has seen the public’s view from two weeks ago and thinks by fighting Lucinda the fans will like her- she’s in for a rude awakening.”

While other fans think Jessy is deliberately stirring up trouble to avoid looking bland after fans mocked her for having “no personality” on her 2024 series.

Before going into the villa this time round, Jessy said: “I want to prove I’m not the boring nice girl, I want to show every side of me. There’s nothing wrong with being a nice person, it’s a flex, but being nice doesn’t mean I’m boring.”

One viewer posted: “She was bland and boring on her series and she still is, she doesn’t have a personality and is just using Lucinda as a way of staying relevant.”

A second said: “Why is Jessy starting issues, she’s been in the villa for 24 hours.”

Another echoed: “Why is Jessy getting involved in everything, she’s clearly trying to be clever and play a game by siding Belle and Samie, not realising the public are now backing Lucinda.”
