LOVE Island winners Toni Laites and Cach Mercer are ‘on the verge of splitting’ less than a year after winning the show following an explosive row at the Brit Awards.

The couple attended the Brit Awards in Manchester on Saturday evening and looked very much together as they posed on the red carpet.

But insiders have revealed it was a different story once Toni, 25, and Cach, 24, made it to their table inside, where they ended up having a bust-up.

A source told The Sun: “All of sudden things between Toni and Cach became pretty heated and they ended up in a full-blown argument around halfway through the ceremony.

“It got so bad that Cach left and didn’t return for the rest of the evening then they left separately.”

Cach was later seen at the Warner Music after party, with no sign of Toni.

Another source told The Sun: “Things haven’t been good for a while and have been on the rocks. This might be the final straw.”

Fans have also noticed that there’s been little interaction between the stars on social media recently – with some followers calling them out.

Neither posted each other during the ceremony on their Stories.

One commented on Cach’s recent Instagram post: “Why are you not in Toni’s comment section?”

Toni did post on her Story about his birthday.

The Sun has contacted Toni and Cach’s representatives for comment.

It comes just weeks after he dropped a huge hint he was set to pop the question to US beauty Toni.

Cach joined fellow Love Island star Tyrique Hyde on a recent Twitch stream – and was put on the spot.

A fan asked if Toni was Cach’s first love, to which he replied: “Yes.”

Tyrique then asked him if he was planning on getting married and having kids next.

Taken aback by the question, Cach said: “Really fast, kids, when the timings right.”

Tyrique replied: “You didn’t say anything about marriage.

“Toni, you’re going to get that ring soon.”

Tyrique said: “Let me come to the wedding,” before asking: “Can I stream the wedding?”

Cach was quick to shut down his request and responded with a firm no.

He and Toni won Love Island last year, beating off competition from Shakira Khan and Harry Cooksley and Yasmin Pettet and Jamie Rhodes.
