I’m A Celeb star Aitch delighted fans by revealing how he kept a promise he made his sister Gracie while in the jungle. The Manchester based rapper has a beautiful bond with his little sister that was shown on the ITV series.

While on the show, Aitch was over the moon when both his sisters, Hattie and Gracie, dropped into the jungle to see him. While Hattie joked that Aitch didn’t smell the best, Gracie told her brother that if he got voted out of the show, she wanted him to take her to Greggs. “I’ll take you anywhere you want,” promised the star.

Aitch has now demonstrated how he fulfilled that promise. He shared pictures and videos from his and Gracie’s trip to the chain bakery, and wrote in the caption: “A promise is a promise. She finally got her Greggs.”

In the pictures and videos, taken from inside Aitch’s car, Gracie can be seen grinning from ear to ear as she tucks into a Greggs wrap. “Are you dead happy?” asked Aitch. Gracie nodded emphatically.

Fellow I’m A Celeb stars were delighted to see that Gracie had gotten her Greggs and how deep Aitch and Gracie’s connection is. Vicky Pattison wrote: “Love you both.” Meanwhile, Shona McGarty said: “Go Gracie! Get that Greggs girl!”

Likewise, fans adored the interaction. One wrote: “Absolutely priceless the littlest things mean the most in life.” Another added: “Beautiful Sister and amazing brother for keeping your promise.” A third said: “She’s made me wanna try the wrap from Greggs now. Love herrrrr she is the best.”

Aitch has spoken a lot about his bond with her. On I’m A Celeb, he performed his song My G, which he wrote about Gracie. As Gracie has Down’s Syndrome, the funds generated from the track were donated to the Down’s Syndrome Association.

He also spoke about his sister on the show, telling Eddie Kadi that Gracie greatly enjoyed watching Ellie Goldstein on Strictly Come Dancing. He said Gracie told him that Ellie was “one of God’s special children like me”.

Aitch revealed ahead of the show that he was going into the Jungle to raise awareness for people with Down’s Syndrome. He said: “I’m not only just doing it for people with Down syndrome, I’m doing it for people around as well. I don’t want anyone to be like disheartened or feel as if they do find out someone in the family’s got Down syndrome. It’s a blessing.

“You’re going to have the best time of your life as long as you’re spending it with that person. My main thing, really and truly, is because I don’t want Down Syndrome to be seen as a negative thing. I don’t want anyone to go like, oh yeah, my kid’s got Down Syndrome, or my sister’s got Down Syndrome.

“And anyone to have the reply of, ‘Oh, I’m sorry to hear that’ because it’s just definitely not the case. They’re the best people in the world.”
