AFS Australia has aired extremely explosive Dinner Party scenes, and Bec shockingly revealed that she and Alissa actually know each other. But what exactly is their off-screen connection?
During the explosive scenes that aired on Thursday night (March 26) Brook returned with a bang. She, alongside Gia verbally attacked quite a lot of people in the room, particularly Stella and Alissa. But surprisingly, before Brook’s huge return, Gia had partnered up with Bec, because they hate the same people.
That meant for a while, Bec – who has been fired from her job since the show aired – was part of the mean girl group. And while she was involved, she made a comment about knowing Alissa prior to the show. But now, Alissa has revealed the truth.

How do Bec and Alissa from MAFS Australia know each other?
During the Dinner Party episode, Bec explained that she “knows” Alissa as they’re both from the same area. And she already wasn’t a fan of her, which explains why she immediately seemed to hate her.
Not only did Bec suggest the pair knew each other, but she also claimed that she had “dirt” on Alissa based on things that happened in Adelaide.
However, following the bombshell claims, Alissa has revealed the true extent of their off-camera relationship.
Speaking to Chattr after the episode aired in Australia, Alissa actually suggested the pair don’t personally know each other. And any “dirt” Bec has isn’t true.
She said: “She doesn’t know me. We have a few mutual friends. I had only met Bec briefly, once or twice at a mutual friend’s gathering. But, we never had a relationship. I didn’t know her from a bar of soap.”

Addressing the “dirt” claims, Alissa added: “It’s funny. She thought she had dirt on me. But it wasn’t dirt. It was just mean. It was just her trying to tear me down, and gang up, which is just nasty.”
But it seems, the Dinner Party drama actually went beyond what we saw on TV. And the divide between the brides was already there prior.
Alissa explained she and Stella were being torn down by five of the women, as there was a group-chat mocking them. She claimed that Brook, Gia, Bec, Rebecca and Mel were all in the group-chat.

MAFS Dinner Party drama
In the lead-up to the Dinner Party, Brook left Chris and the experiment stating that she couldn’t move past his audition tape. However, two weeks after she left the show, Brook reunited with her ex. The pair are now engaged and expecting a baby.
When Brook returned to the experiment, Gia had teamed up with Bec, putting aside their differences. And so by the time she got back, the three of them joined forces.
Brook immediately started on Stella and Alissa, calling them “fake”, criticising their appearance and even mocking their voiced. Then, in a shocking scene, the trio, along with Mel, merged together and started making ‘Loser’ signs at the other girls. And unseen footage was shown during the After The Dinner Party show, as the whole thing was too vile to air on TV.
However, while Bec was temporarily involved in the horrible behaviour, once her husband Danny spoke out against them, Brook decided to drop another bombshell claim.
She and Gia told Bec that Danny had been flirty with Gia, and even told her that she is more his type on the outside world. Ultimately, Bec was devastated.
