Vogue Williams has said her ‘heart hurt’ being away from her children during I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, as she was seen reuniting with them after landing back in the UK.

The Irish presenter was a latecomer to the ITV reality show, joining camp days after the first 10 celebrities made their arrivals in the jungle, alongside Celebs Go Dating star Tom Read Wilson.

After two weeks in the jungle, Vogue became the third celebrity to be voted off the show and at the time, the 40-year-old said she was “sad to leave” the popular programme.

She was able to stick around at the luxury hotel on the Gold Coast as she reunited with her campmates during Sunday’s (December 7) final, which saw internet star Angry Ginge beat Tom and actress Shona McGarty to be crowned King of the Jungle.

But it didn’t take long for the celebrities to pack up their belongings and head for the airport as they returned to the UK. During her own arrival at the airport, Vogue was reunited with her husband, Spencer Matthews, who was unable to join her in Australia as he completed seven Ironman triathlons on seven continents in just 21 days.

Following their reunion, Vogue shared a number of sweet pictures on social media and said: “I’m home!!!!! My [heart emoji] @spencermatthews met me at the airport I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone wait for me in arrivals. So thrilled to be back and desperate to see the kids which is about ten minutes from now.”

She then later shared a video of the moment she was reunited with her and Spencer’s three children, starting with their eldest Theo, who was quick to embrace his mum. “My heart hurt with how much I missed our babies…” the podcast star admitted.

“”It’s the longest I have ever gone without seeing or speaking to them. It feels so good to be back and they were so happy they got some stars, already making up their own bushtucker trials and T and Gigi want to do the jungle next year.”

In response, former Queen of the Jungle and podcast host Giovanna Fletcher gushed: “You did them proud!!” while This Morning’s Ashley James simply commented: “Cute.”

Her followers were also quick to comment, as @fiona.greene123 said: “Jesus wept my heart hurt watching that.” @ebarmby replied: “Aww this is so cute.” @shirley_omahony posted: “This is gorgeous you did it for them well done.” @aoifedevlin1 added: “Aw Gorgeous, Welcome Home Vogue, you did amazing.”
