The Duchess of Sussex attended Kris Kenner’s 70th birthday party

A photograph featuring Meghan Markle appears to have vanished from Kim Kardashian’s Instagram tribute to her mother’s milestone birthday celebration.

The reality television star initially shared the image as part of a collection posted on Monday, showcasing moments from Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday festivities.

The picture, which displayed both women together at the glamorous event, was subsequently removed from the social media post without any public statement regarding its deletion.

The photograph had been part of a larger carousel of images celebrating the Saturday evening party.

No reason has been provided for why the Duchess of Sussex’s image was excluded from the final version of the post.

GB News has contacted Ms Kardashian for comment.

The removed photograph captured Ms Kardashian, 45, wearing a glittering purple two-piece ensemble, whilst Meghan appeared in an elegant Balenciaga black turtleneck paired with a wrap skirt. Both women were photographed smiling together on the red carpet.

Prince Harry could be seen in the frame’s background, dressed in formal evening wear and engaged in conversation.

The Duchess accessorised her outfit with striking gold chain earrings and styled her hair in a sleek, pulled-back arrangement.

Ms Kardashian’s attire drew inspiration from Halle Berry’s costume in the 2002 James Bond film Die Another Day, fitting perfectly with the evening’s espionage theme.

The lavish celebration took place at the Beverly Hills mansion belonging to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his partner Lauren Sánchez.

Guests enjoyed a James Bond-themed evening complete with casino tables for poker and roulette.

The star-studded guest list included Oprah Winfrey, Mariah Carey, Tyler Perry, Vin Diesel, Mark Zuckerberg, Adele and Rich Paul.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z were also in attendance at the exclusive gathering.

Bruno Mars provided live entertainment as partygoers danced beneath a marquee on the estate’s grounds.

Mobile phones were discouraged, though a photo booth was available for guests to capture memories of what one source described as “the party of all parties”.

Before the birthday festivities, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the Baby2Baby Gala at West Hollywood’s Pacific Design Centre.

The couple appeared at the charitable function to support tennis champion Serena Williams, who received recognition for her dedication to children’s welfare and maternal health advocacy.

The dual appearances marked a busy social evening for the royal couple, who have been increasingly visible at Los Angeles events.

Recent weeks have seen them courtside at Dodger Stadium for the World Series and on film sets, where Meghan has returned to acting with a cameo appearance in the forthcoming Amazon MGM Studios production Close Personal Friends.
