MAFS’ Lauren Huntriss Becomes A Mum As She And Wade Burns Reveal Their Emotional Baby News
Lauren Huntriss has welcomed a baby girl with fiancé Wade Burns.
The Married At First Sight star shared the news to Instagram on Monday along with a carousel of images of their perfect bundle of joy.
‘Eden Rose Burns made her entrance into the big wide world via emergency caesarean on 13/08/2026 at 11:46pm, weighing 3kg,’ she wrote in the caption, adding she was ‘beyond grateful that she is here, healthy and perfect’.
In the first picture, little Eden is seen peacefully sleeping in a bassinet, wrapped in a pink blanket with a plush toy by her side.
Other images see the little tot awake and smiling, the proud parents kissing and Lauren holding Eden.
The reality TV star went on to reveal that the birth wasn’t all smooth sailing

‘The circumstances around her arrival were honestly pretty shit,’ she wrote.
Lauren added that her fiancé and two-year-old son Henry were sick and couldn’t risk being too close to Eden.
‘They only had very brief visit with us in hospital and had to spend the rest of the time recovering at home, which made those first few days incredibly emotional,’ she said.
‘We are just so happy to finally be reunited and back home together as a family again.’
It wasn’t long before the couple’s news was inundated with well wishes.
‘Congratulations, she’s perfect and like you say here safe so that’s all that matters now,’ wrote one follower.
‘I have been checking the gram for an update, yay she’s here safe and healthy, congratulations to you and fam on baby Eden x hope you’re recovering well,’ added another.
‘Welcome to the world, beautiful,’ said one more.

The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, in July 2024.
The makeup artist announced her engagement to Wade in June 2023, after two years together.
‘Today my best friend got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the easiest yes! I can’t wait to grow old with you,’ she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of her husband-to-be while flashing her diamond engagement ring.
Wade proposed to Lauren after a romantic trip to the Hunter Valley in NSW.
Lauren rose to fame on season six of Married At First Sight Australia back in 2019.
She was partnered with Matthew Bennett on the show, but they failed to last.
