Katie Price has admitted that those closest to her are now desperately pleading with her to seek medical help, as her dramatic weight loss continues to alarm fans and loved ones alike.

The 47-year-old reality star, who has repeatedly denied using weight-loss injections, opened up on The Katie Price Show podcast, revealing just how frightened her family has become.

“I’m not even a stick man anymore — I’m a stick woman,” she said, trying to laugh through what is clearly a painful reality.

“Have you phoned the doctors yet?”

Katie told listeners that her mother, Amy, has barely let a day go by without asking whether she’s finally contacted a GP.

“All I keep hearing is, ‘Have you phoned the doctors yet?’” Katie explained.

Her sister Sophie even questioned whether she’d really gone at all — a moment that laid bare how deeply worried the family has become.

Doctors shocked by her low blood pressure

Katie revealed that medics were so concerned by her readings that they took her blood pressure three separate times, convinced the equipment must be faulty.

It wasn’t.

Hospital visits and unanswered questions

In October, Katie quietly admitted she had been hospitalised over the issue — something she originally brushed off, before later confessing that even professionals couldn’t explain what was happening to her body.

Sharing an update with fans, she said:

“I don’t know why I keep losing weight. That’s why I’m going back to the doctors. I just want answers.”

She described how difficult it had been even to draw blood, saying her veins were so weak that nurses had to try repeatedly before collecting enough for tests.

HRT battle behind the scenes

Adding to her struggle, Katie recently began hormone replacement therapy to ease menopause symptoms — but instead of feeling better, she says she feels worse.

“I’m nauseous, bloated, exhausted — and the night sweats are still there,” she admitted.
“But I’m persevering.”

A family on edge

Behind the bravado, it’s clear that Katie’s family fear they are watching her fade in front of their eyes.

For a woman who once dominated headlines with confidence and controversy, this chapter feels heartbreakingly different — quieter, heavier, and filled with unanswered questions.

And as Katie herself admits:
She isn’t chasing a look anymore — she’s searching for her health. 💔
