On Monday, Jordan left fans concerned when he revealed he had been taken ill by sharing a snap of himself from A&E.

Since then, Sophie, who is pregnant with the couple’s first child, has been keeping fans updated with how her boyfriend is doing.

Sharing the latest news on Jordan’s health, she penned on her Instagram Stories this morning: “Jordan is still in the hospital and we are still waiting for answers whilst he is getting treatment and medication.

“If people are trying to contact him he’s unable to use his phone at the moment as he’s in pain and is mostly sleeping.

“His family are there with him doing a great job as it’s too risky for me and baby.

“He will be there for the next few days and hopefully be on the mend and back home to me and bump very soon. Lots of love.”

Later Jordan posted his own update from his hospital bed and wrote: “Unfortunately this is still the view for me. This seems to be a never ending hell at moment.

I’m awaiting results from a procedure once we get them more will be cleared up- what we do know is I have confirmed inflammation and swelling of the brain.

A really scary time that reassures you we are all human.

“Hoping to rest up and be fighting fit and back home with my girl and bump, soon but at the minute seems a long way off

Thank you for everyone’s continued messages of love and support I’m sorry| havent got back to everyone I have been extremely weak. I also apologise to any work clients hate letting people down I will be back as soon as I can.”

The latest update comes just a day after Sophie told fans yesterday about the “living nightmare” the couple has been going through since Jordan was hospitalised.

“Hey sorry I’ve been inactive but it’s been a worrying few days / week,” she told fans.

“Jordan has been rushed into hospital and has been there for a few days now.

“We’re currently waiting on tests, scans and answers from the doctors, and hoping we’ll know more soon.

“As you can imagine this feels like a nightmare to me but we’re hopeful that he’ll be on the mend and back to himself soon.”

Continuing, the pregnant star said: “Jordan appreciates everyone’s patience while he focuses on getting better.

“He will get back to friends, messages, and clients as soon as he’s able to.

“Thank you all for the support and understanding it really means a lot.

Jordan was rushed to hospital last weekend, with a mystery illness.

Sharing a selfie from his hospital bed, the star was seen with ECG sensor patches stuck to his chest.

“Update: admitted to hospital. Awaiting CT scan and blood results,” wrote Jordan over the snap.

While he didn’t reveal the reason for the hospital dash, the star added: “Not the weekend I had planned.”

Jordan, who is a barber by trade, added: “Again I’m sorry to all of my clients bear with me, I hate letting you down.”

Sophie and Jordan have been together for four years and finally became pregnant at the end of last year.

Their happy news followed a fertility battle which spanned over two years.

The pair revealed how they had travelled far and wide for fertility treatment, telling The Sun how things were looking up following a trip to Greece.

They said at the NTAs last year: “We’ve just been to Athens for fertility treatment, which has worked out really, really well. We’ve found what has been going on, so hopefully from now it’s going to be successful.”

She admitted: “We really talk about it openly on our socials. For us to do that as well is hard. It’s not easy but we know we’re helping people.”

And it all paid off, as three months later the couple announced they were expecting their little one this year.

The couple are set to welcome a baby boy, something they recently found out during a gender reveal with all of their friends and family.

Sharing the moment, the couple burst into tears with excitement.

Sophie also recently revealed her due date by mistake.

This came when she shared a picture of her bump in the mirror, and wrote: “22 weeks of you”.

This means that she is likely due to give birth mid-June, with a typical pregnancy running 40 weeks.
