Maura Higgins’ New DWTS Partner Revealed — The Surprising Celebrity Connection Behind Their Pairing
MAURA Higgins’ Dancing With The Stars partner has been revealed as Shirley Ballas’ son – amid her feud with another US pro dancer.
The reality TV beauty, 35, is riding high in the States following her successful stint on The US Traitors and is now taking part in the American Strictly Come Dancing.

And if that wasn’t enough, the Love Island legend has been paired with the Queen of Strictly’s son, Mark Ballas, 40.
Much like his talented mum Shirley, 65, Mark is an incredibly accomplished ballroom dancer, having learned his trade from her.
The pro dancer has also appeared on Dancing With The Stars for nearly 20 years and has won the show three times.
Maura and Mark were announced as partners on US TV show Good Morning America this morning.
It was revealed back in April that Maura had been snapped up for Dancing With the Stars.
It’s a huge deal for the star as the show is just as massive as the UK’s Strictly Come Dancing.

But just months after it was revealed she was taking part in DWTS, she found herself locked in a feud with one of its pro dancers, Gleb Savchenko, 42, following his bitter break-up with Brooks Nader, 29.
Before being partnered with Mark, Maura admitted to StyleCaster she didn’t mind being paired with “anyone but Gleb”.
The dance pro responded by saying he’d never heard of the Love Island star and called her comment “disappointing”.
Meanwhile Maura, who took part in Dancing On Ice back in 2020, was once best known for starring in the fifth series of Love Island.

But her successful stint on The US Traitors earlier this year helped her cement her A-list status across the pond.
The reality show has opened up all the right doors for her international career, and now she is hot property stateside.
Maura has also proved a hit as the host of Love Island USA‘s spin-off show After Sun.
Now the job offers are pouring in, with The Sun recently revealing how she had been snapped up as the new host of Blind Date.
