f you’re looking for a gripping new show to binge-watch in April, Apple TV might just have the answer. The new comedy horror, Widow’s Bay, arrives on our screens at the end of the month, and it sounds like unmissable TV.
The ominous new teaser, which fans have hailed as “perfect” and “gold”, is a retro-style clip showing a man welcoming viewers to Widow’s Bay.
Matthew Rhys stars in Widow’s Bay
“There’s so much to see,” he says. “Come on, I’ll show you around,” he adds, before walking off into the distance while upbeat music plays in the background. The scene lasts for almost a minute, showing the man walking beside a lake before disappearing behind some trees.
While the clip doesn’t give much away, it sets a rather unsettling tone and suggests that something isn’t quite right in the titular town. Watch it below.
