GEMMA Collins has revealed she’s ‘ready for action’ after designer vagina surgery – and how she avoided sex amid insecurities.

The 45-year-old has been back in the spotlight again recently thanks to her stint on I’m a Celebrity South Africa.

Appearing on the show’s podcast, hosted by Sam Thompson, Gemma ended up opening up about her designer vagina, which she had first spoke about while in camp.

She said: “Sometimes, obviously everyone’s built a little bit different as you know. And sometimes, like a lady’s breasts, like mine, it just starts all going down a bit and you can’t do anything about it.

“And I did though, because it was making me unconfident, I didn’t wanna have…I was feeling a bit, sort of, insecure, you know.

“I didn’t want to sort of, do what you know, that sort of thing with anyone.

“So I thought…you know I looked into it and it was, literally I had it done on a Sunday, 10 o’clock, I was out there like 40 minutes later, and I bought myself a new pair of Chanels.

“I was packed up with some ice and I was given some Hibiscrub to take home and three days later I was a brand new woman ready for action again!”

Gemma first spoke about the surgery on her nether regions during a dip in water with co-star Scarlett Moffatt.

“I’m not 100% down there,” she told her campmates.

It’s the crown jewels at the end of the day. You know sometimes it just needs a bit of a tidy up.

“He picked me up in the morning, I went to Harley St, 40 mins, padded up, hour and half later I’m in Chanel down Sloane Street.”
