A star-studded Netflix sitcom is returning for a second season with its official trailer now ready to watch.

The Four Seasons season 2 trailer on Netflix

A comedy described as a “gem” by fans is set to make its much-anticipated return to Netflix.

Boasting an all-star cast including Tina Fey and Colman Domingo, The Four Seasons was a runaway hit when it first landed on Netflix in May 2025, leaving viewers in stitches.

Now, a year on, the remake of the beloved 1981 film of the same name is back for a second series, with its official trailer now dropping online.

The trailer reveals the remaining close-knit friends, along with Nick’s pregnant girlfriend Ginny (Erika Henningsen), reuniting once more — this time to honour what will be dubbed the “annual Nick weekend”.

Anne (Kerri Kenney-Silver) grapples with handling Nick’s estate, Danny (Colman Domingo) weighs up the prospect of parenthood, while Kate (Tina Fey) frets that Jack (Will Forte) is going through a “hard time”.

While Carell devotees may be gutted by his absence, the rest of the beloved cast are back for series two, which lands on Thursday, May 28.

Given the enormous acclaim heaped upon the first series, it’s little surprise Netflix greenlit a second run.

“So good watched in one day I went from laughing, cringing to crying and laughing again all in a matter of minutes”, one fan enthused on IMdB, while another chimed in: “This show is so funny my stomach hurts so much.

“I mean the characters and the couples and real life problems or situations they face are so accurate.

“And very moving. I cried a few times because it was so relatable to how we feel in dark times.”

Another viewer wrote: “Easy watching, perfect for a night on the sofa with your other half.”

Others have gone on to describe it as “laugh out loud hilarious”, a “gem” and the “best show I’ve watched in a long time”.
