💔 TRAG3DY ON THE M20 — TEENAGE GIRL DI3S AFTER BEING HIT BY VEHICLES NEAR FOOTBRIDGE… A HEARTBREAKING SCENE LEAVES A COMMUNITY IN SH0CK

A TEENAGE girl has died after being hit by a number of cars on a major UK motorway in the early hours.

The girl was on the carriageway of the M20 between junctions four and five at Aylesford when she was struck.

She was close to a footbridge near Teapot Lane and was hit by several cars including a Ford Transit van and a Vauxhall Corsa.

Police and paramedics rushed to the motorway at 3.20am today but sadly the girl was pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokesperson for the force said: “Investigators are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage following a fatal collision on the M20 at Aylesford.

“Kent Police was called at 3.19am on Saturday 22 August 2026, to the incident on the coastbound carriageway between junctions 4 and 5.

“A teenage girl who was on the carriageway in the vicinity of a footbridge near Teapot Lane, was struck by vehicles including a Ford Transit van and a Vauxhall Corsa.

“Patrols attended the scene and the girl was confirmed to be deceased. Her next of kin have been informed.”

The force added: “Officers are appealing to anyone who passed through this location between 3.15am and 3.28am, and witnessed a pedestrian in the carriageway, to contact them.

“Motorists with dashcam are also asked to check for footage that may assist the investigation.”
