The woman responsible for the crash that k!:lled a bride on her wedding night repeatedly asked police a series of bizarre questions

A DRUNK driver serving 25 years for killing a bride on her wedding night was filmed crying, swearing and demanding to call her dad as cops booked her after the fatal crash.

Jamie Lee Komoroski repeatedly questioned why she was being arrested and insisted officers could not prove what she had done in newly released police footage.

The scenes were recorded in Folly Beach, South Carolina, after Komoroski slammed her Toyota into a golf cart carrying newlyweds Samantha Miller and Aric Hutchinson on April 28, 2023.

The footage, obtained and shared by Live 5 News, shows Komoroski first at the crash scene and later inside the police station.

As officers placed her under arrest for DUI, Komoroski repeatedly demanded an explanation.

“For what?” she asked, then repeated, “How do you know?”

Once at the station, she initially refused to sit before breaking down in tears.

“I just want to go home,” Komoroski said.

She then repeatedly demanded “the right to call my father” as an officer refused the request.

Komoroski continued arguing with police and claimed they had no evidence against her.

“Nobody has any proof of anything I did,” she said, according to the newly released footage.

At another point, she mocked her own behavior, saying: “I’m just being a little baby.”

Separate footage from the roadside captures the chaotic minutes immediately after the collision.

Komoroski could be heard asking whether Miller was okay before yelling for people to check on her as emergency crews worked around the wreckage.

She initially denied drinking before telling officers she had consumed a beer and a tequila-based drink.

When an officer asked her to rate how intoxicated she felt on a scale of one to 10, Komoroski asked for a lawyer instead.

She also refused a breath test, prompting police to obtain a warrant for blood samples.

Testing later put her blood-alcohol level at 0.261 percent — more than three times South Carolina’s legal limit.

Investigators found that Komoroski had been racing along East Ashley Avenue at 65mph in a 25mph zone shortly before impact.

She smashed into the back of the golf cart carrying Miller, Hutchinson and two relatives as they left the couple’s wedding celebration.

Miller, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene while still wearing her wedding dress.

Hutchinson suffered a brain injury and multiple broken bones, while the two other passengers were also seriously hurt.

The impact hurled the golf cart about 100 yards, according to authorities.

Komoroski pleaded guilty in December 2024 to felony DUI causing death, two counts of felony DUI causing great bodily injury and reckless homicide.

A judge handed her a 25-year prison sentence, with the sentences on the other counts running at the same time.

Hutchinson told the court that losing his wife had left him struggling to find any joy or purpose in his life.

He previously recalled that Miller told him shortly before the crash that she wanted their wedding night “to never end.”

Komoroski apologized to Miller’s loved ones at sentencing and said she took full responsibility for her actions.

The newly surfaced arrest footage comes after earlier jailhouse calls also revealed Komoroski discussing what she hoped her future would look like while she was awaiting trial.

In one 2023 conversation with her sister, she spoke about being “two years down the road” and “living your best life,” while expressing confidence that things would eventually work out.
