A YOUNG mom accused of slashing the throats of her three children left haunting words on her social media profile before the horror attack.
Kailey Erhart, 22, allegedly killed two of her kids and seriously wounded a third – and what she wrote on her Facebook page has now taken a disturbing new significance.

The North Dakota mom’s profile bio features the quote: “Life’s a dance you learn as you go”.
But directly underneath, Erhart lists only a reference to a Bible passage – 1 John 1:9.
The verse reads: “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness”.
The reference has taken on an eerie meaning following allegations that Erhart launched a frenzied attack on her three young children on August 6.

Cops say her three-year-old and five-month-old daughters died after suffering wounds to their necks at the family home in Mandan.
Her one-year-old son survived and underwent extensive surgery, though his current condition is unclear.
Authorities say Erhart allegedly turned on the children after chasing her estranged husband and the kids’ grandmother out of the house with a knife and locking the door.
Her husband told investigators he had managed to wrestle a firearm away from Erhart before being forced outside, with the mom allegedly biting and scratching him during the struggle.
The desperate dad reportedly dismantled the gun and scattered its pieces in an apparent bid to prevent anyone from being hurt.
Investigators later found a chilling video on his phone allegedly recorded before the attack.
It reportedly showed Erhart carrying one of the children while holding a pistol at her hip and telling her husband: “Say goodbye to your children”.
When cops stormed the home, they discovered all three youngsters unresponsive on the floor of a bedroom with injuries to their necks, according to an affidavit seen by Valley News Live.

Officers then allegedly encountered a blood-soaked Erhart in the kitchen holding a knife to her own throat.
She dropped the weapon before begging cops to kill her, investigators said.
Mandan Police Chief Jason Ziegler praised the officers who confronted what he described as a “horrific” scene.
“A scene like that is something that nobody should ever have to see, and the way [the officers] came through in one of the most horrific times that they’ll probably experience in their life, I’m proud,” he said.
“I want to acknowledge this is an extreme, tragic and heartbreaking incident for the children involved, their families, our community and first responders who arrived on scene.”
Authorities say Erhart’s husband was already in the process of divorcing her when the alleged killings unfolded.
He had also previously reported threats that Erhart would harm herself and the children, according to the affidavit.
Those concerns allegedly led to Erhart being admitted to a mental health facility within the previous 12 to 18 months.
The affidavit states she was later discharged on medication and permitted to be around her children, while Child Protective Services was allegedly aware of the previous threats.
Erhart reportedly told investigators after her arrest that she had put the children to bed and believed their throats had already been cut beforehand.
She claimed she could not remember what happened but acknowledged having the knife in her hands when officers arrived, according to the affidavit.
Erhart now faces nine criminal charges, including Class AA felony murder, attempted murder and aggravated assault.

District Judge Marina Spahr set her bond at $3million cash, citing “the extreme violence in these alleged charges and the threat to the community, victims, and children”.
Erhart has also been barred from contacting surviving victims or family members and has not yet entered a plea.
She is due back in court for a preliminary hearing and arraignment on October 6.
A GoFundMe has meanwhile been launched by the children’s paternal grandmother Melissa to help their grieving father and his surviving child.
“He is a father trying to survive something no parent should ever have to face,” she wrote.
“I lost two precious souls in a devastating tragedy… and the pain is more than I can put into words.”
