A BABY NEVER MADE IT HOME…— A 15-month-old boy and a man have tragically lost their lives after a horrific late-night crash in Sydney’s west.

A young boy and a man have been killed in a horror crash in Sydney’s West.

The 15-month-old was riding in a small sedan when it collided head-on with a van at the intersection of Mamre and Abbots Rds in Kemps Creek about 10.40pm on Monday.

A male passenger of the sedan died at the scene, while the baby and his mother, 25, were rushed to hospital with critical injuries. The young boy died hours later.

The learner driver of the sedan, a 21-year-old man, and the 45-year-old male van driver suffered minor injuries.

They have both been taken to hospital for mandatory testing.

The sedan is believed to have collided with a ute just moments prior to the crash, police were told.

Inquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
